This property is located as far as you can get from the falls and still be in Niagara Falls. It was only recently affiliated with Roadway so we drove by three times before we found it by asking at another motel. The sign says Castle Inn. It is an old mom/pop style, park outside your door type as most were on Niagara Falls Blvd. We rented a jacuzzi suite. The jacuzzi turned out to be a cheesey 1970's red heart shaped tub. It had a separate toilet/shower stall. The toilet had brown blotches of what looked like poop on the walls around it. The paper roll had been torn off the wall and repaired by attaching it to a piece of scrap wood. The plastic handle on the shower was stripped so you could barely adjust the temp. The gas firepalce was on and the A/C off. (This was early August) The TV was on the mantle across the large room from the the bed so you couldnt watch or hear it over the noise of the A/C and the dehumidifer. A bus driver we spoke to said a small restaurant on the property had burned down so the parking lot was recently paved and the building had newer looking siding. The small pool is in the middle of the parking lot with no shade or umbrells. My bed lamp didnt work. When I trace the unplugged cord I discovered the mattress was so old it was staind from the rusted bed springs and it was pushed against the only outlet causing the cord for the other bed lamp to bend exposing the prongs and touching the mattress. I could go on but theres no point. I cant believe Roadway put they name on this.

This was a halfway decent room. Air worked great, frig worked great and it was clean. If rooms had been a little bigger - and another pillow.

It had a bed and a shower that's it. The sheets and blankets were dirty it smelled the door knob was busted in. Well the silica sum it up. It was not a bad drive from the falls. But it was very dirty I had to seek out a Wal-Mart to go buy sheets blankets and pillow to sleep on.

My family had a great blast. SPecially at the castle motor inn where the people treated us liek a real ""guest"". they were too good to us and on top it all off ""the family suites"" were tooo good to be true.. large rooms with ton of room for kids stuff, also the outdoor pool was just sparklin clean.. i reccommend everyone to stay at the Castle if you need a family get away stay!.

The Desk clerk at check-in was extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The US Flag hanging out front was torn to shreds, and faded, and was hanging at night, in the rain, completely unlit. I was appalled. Good for people who just want a place to lay down and sleep for the night. Continental breakfast was a few donuts and coffee. Bed was not very comfortable, Needs new mattresses. We requested 1 smoking room and 2 none, but we got all non-smoking. No WI-FI available. Desk clerk very friendly, housekeeping was not. I was disgusted at the lack of respect for the American flag. There was also no hot water in my shower, unless I wanted scalding hot water.

We had a suite with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. Tiny dingy rooms, no closets, though fridge and microwave present. Renovated bathrooms had better lighting. On our first night, the main bathroom got clogged. Management offered usa plunger to clean it ourselves! Yikes! They did get fix it later though. Better service, lighting and closet space would be good additions

My wife and i went to niagara falls for the weekend, and we were looking for a place to stay, so we came across Castle Motor Inn. The price very affortable comparing to other motels on the blvd. and the service was great the staff members were really helpful, on picking the main attractions. i reccommend everyone to go there for their stay at the falls, and it wasn't even that far from the falls.

I liked the service, the room was comfortable, and had easy access to get to major attractions. The pool was in the middle of the parking lot. Next time we plan on visiting Niagara Falls we know where to make our reservation, we have no complaints.

Hotel Staff was very helpful in supplying room with missing elements. Mattress was awful, pillows were awful, price was not competitive. Management should try sleeping in the room themselves to see that the newly shampoo carpet was not dry, the pillows are too flat, the mattress is so lumpy & worn out that you can feel the supports pushing right through it. The micro wave was missing (they did take one from another room, for us). The location is almost the farthest away from the falls.
