Staff was really friendly. Pool not open and we had to go across to sister hotel. OurA/C did not work well but we prefer fresh air and we were happy windows opened. Breakfast was good-but the hotel had no napkins-kind of odd seeing that there were 2 stores close by and someone could have easily gone to get some.

This place was fun. The location is great! Right off the highway and 24hrs restaurants all over the place. Which was excellent, when coming back from the party seen and you are carzy hungry!! Check out was at 12noon, so I was able to hit the hot tub in the room one more time in the AM. Next I'm going to stay in the Hawaiian Waters Fantasy Suite!! Can't wait till my wife "lieghs" me. :o)

Everyone was very helpful. The price was excellent. The room was clean and inviting. The main office being in another building so if it is raining. You have to walk in the rain. No place to have a meal except breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends as a very pleasant place to stay.

"The housekeeping is not good. They forget to leave enough towels and wash cloths, clean cups, and do not vacuum. The hotel keys deactivate just from carrying them in your purse or wallet. The ""continental breakfast"" is horrible. They put out some donuts, bread to toast, milk in the original gallon jug sitting in a bowl of ice, and juice. I do not think I will stay at this hotel again unless it is the only one available."

"I found the staff was less than good. Front desk staff was rude and not helpfull at all when i checked. I had to leave a note for housekeeping to vacuum, they didn't do it for a week! Made beds once in 10 days. All they did do was replace towels in bathroom, no cleaning."
