very much worth the price clean and perfect if you ae a patient at one of the hospitals the shuttle is worth it and it seems to be in a quiet environment.

Free coffee in the morning. Wanted a non smoking room, the room we got smelled like someone had just smoked in it the night before! The woman at the desk was kind and helpful. But the hotel itself was not up to standards. I am a simple person and was looking for a place to stay for just one night. I booked a non-smoking room and the room I got smelled like someone had smoked in it right before I showed up! The towels looked dirty (they had brownish stains on them!). There was construction right in front of the hotel which made the entire area dusty and loud. The ceiling in my room had water spots on it, and I found two live roaches! I will never stay at this hotel again, and would gladly pay the money elsewhere!

Spacious. Poor quality, smoky smell and scary neighborhood. This hotel is not very nice. I would not recommend it.

Room was cozy and everything was easy to find. The shower in the hotel could use some remodeling. This was a good place to stay. The front office clerk was very friendly. Our room was very clean overall. The bathroom was clean but the shower should be remodeled. Overall, we were satisfied with the service and the room.

I liked the outdoor courtyard--very clean and calming. Very clean shuttle--most appreciated!! This hotel met my needs for this trip. It was very quiet and calming, and I felt safe. I most especially appreciated the shuttle service to the hospital.

Location for what we needed was OK. In all my years of travel only one with no coffee pot of any kind. Would not stay here again or recommend it. Very disappointing.

It has free shuttle service to Rice University from Monday to Friday. Facilities are not good. It provides only soaps, no shampoo, no conditioner, and no lotion. Kitchen should be advanced. It's hard to stay there for a long time if there is only microwave available for cooking.

Room was clean. Very "50's" style. Room smelled musty. Clean inside but unkempt/not maintained outside, not in a good area. Smelled musty or moldy inside the room. The pictures of the outside of the hotel are misleading. Looks like a dump from the street. I couldn't cancel and get another room at another hotel because I would lose what I already paid.

Absolutely nothing. It was absolutely disturbing. Everything. Dirty, scary, bugs, stains, broken furniture, mold smell. This hotel was absolutely disgusting, and should be condemned and torn down. From the mold smell, stained linens, lack of shower head, bugs, and broken furniture, I might have faired better sleeping in my car. I am still trying to disinfect my belongings. By far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The nice location, a wonderful modern bathroom and overall friendliness. I really enjoyed my time at Rodeway Inn, My room was in good condition (bathroom was new and very clean) the location was great, and the staff and guests were very friendly. I also liked the fact that it close to public transport, Rice University and next door to two good restaurants. Rice was only 20 minutes away (the walk went through a very nice neighborhood). I would recommend this place to anyone. It had heaps more character than Holiday Inn and was substantially cheaper.

The price and location. The smell of mildew and rusty shower curtain rod. You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean but the building was not especially well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.
