Appeared to be clean. Hot tub jets didn't work and main pool was closed. We chose this hotel because of the pool for the kids to work off energy, the pool was closed. Room were clean but plumbing fixtures were not in good repair.

The staff upon check in was courteous but the cleanliness was horrific!! There were long, brown hairs, in the tub, obviously from the last guest since I don't have any hair (I shoot for that Vin Diesel look.) Upon check out I mentioned to the front desk that they might need to replace their room staff. The young lady at the front desk simply responded, "" Funny, the cleaning lady doesn't even have long brown hair."" No apology, no discount on the bill, nothing. Advice. STAY AWAY FROM THE INN!!

Where to start? There were bugs everywhere, a light bulb was out in our room, long hairs on the towels, the trash was not taken out from the last visitor, no soap in the bathroom, small TV, and dead plants in the hallway. I really don't think they have a cleaning staff come to think of it. It was anything but hospitable.
