How close it was to the concert hall. The parking spaces are limited. It is a good hotel to see concerts at the Knitting factory but don't stay there for anything else. Limited parking spaces, if you don't get one you have to park on the street. Rooms are very basic.

Very good, clean hotel with friendly service. Breakfast could have used some fresh fruit (they only had carbs, like toast and cereal, which I cannot eat). The rooms were very comfortable and modern, and felt like a ski lodge. Very warm and enjoyable during the winter season. Located right off of I-90, in a safe area of town. Plenty of parking. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We were in town for my daughter's graduation. The hotel had a great location and we enjoyed walking on the Riverwalk and through downtown Spokane. The bed was terrible though. The mattress was lumpy and stained and the sheets did not fit properly but otherwise the room was clean.

If you're planning on attending a show at The Big Easy, it is RIGHT across the street. I traveled to Spokane for this reason, so being this close to the venue was really nice. The room isn't amazing, but it's cheap and extremely close to The Big Easy.

Downtown, walking distance to INB, affordable, good view. Dark parking area. It is a great economy hotel for the student or economy traveler. We went to see a concert and the walking location was not bad because we could see downtown Spokane. Also there is a bar right next door.

Location is diagonal from the fanciest hotel in town, but at an affordable price. DIY waffles (yum) handy, but carb heavy (toast, bagels, cereal) free b'fast in lobby. Heard another guest complain about street noise and barking dog in adjacent room, quite true. Noisy late night bar action in front of hotel. Micro and fridge in room. Free city WIFI too. A budget choice, not fancy but clean, quite a bit of street/neighborhood noise.

When I booked this room, I was looking for the lowest reasonable price available. We had a 6:00 AM flight out from the Spokane Airport and just needed a nearby place to sleep for the night. We had been vacationing in neighboring Idaho. I got what I paid for. The room was not particularly clean (hair still visible in bathroom, table not wiped down). The general decor seemed very dated and tired. If I had to guess, I would say it was last updated in the late 70s early 80s. Parking was limited. We parked in the last available spot that was marked No Parking. The desk clerk was kind enough to give us the OK on this. The two people who came in after us had to park on the street. It is a good thing we were dead tired from our trip, or else the elevated train tracks that ran parallel to the second floor of the building 100 yards away may have kept us awake all night. To their credit, the staff was extremly friendly. There was also an abundance of nearby restraunts and clubs. Again, if you just need a place to sleep for a few hours, it is worth the money. If you are looking for a nice place to brag about when you get back home, keep looking and expect to pay more.

Excellent location and great value. There was street or parking lot noise (loud voices) during the night. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown/arts district. There are many great attractions in walking distance. The room was clean and had good amenities. The overall facility is very basic, making the hotel very affordable. There were loud voices during the night in the parking lot or on the street both nights. I was hoping management would shush them, but I don't think they did.

Great location for the event I was attending. Really appreciated the microwave and fridge - saved me on meals, plus they had free breakfast in the lobby each day. Only real minus was the bar next door which was noisy at 1:00 a.m.

The Rodeway Inn in downtown Spokane is a rather tired old hotel that is a good value for the cost conscious traveler. The main attraction of the hotel is that it is within walking distance (a few blocks) of the Riverpark Mall, the movie theater, and many restaurants. The proximity of the hotel to Riverfront Park on the Spokane River with walking bridges that overlook Spokane Falls was the main attraction of the location.

Great location. Extremely scabby. When we checked in, we discovered there was someone squatting in our hotel room. We demanded (and got) another room with a dead-bolt. There was an envelope strongly suggesting we tip the cleaning person, but there were moldy old grounds in the coffeepot. The soda machine is locked up at 9 pm and the bathroom had peeling paint and rotting grout.

The staff is friendly enough. The hotel is older and I bought a space heater to heat the room b/c room heater didn't work. Had to find street parking 1 day b/c no parking in lot. Some mold in bathroom. Great downtown location. Basic hotel, probably worth the price!

This was a one night stay on our way to Idaho for a week so we were not looking for anything fancy. Lodging was priced appropriately for the condition of the place. The facility was old and worn and the AC/heating unit was noisey. There was a microwave and frig in the room. One of the sinks was outside the shower/toilet area which was nice. A light breakfast--including Belgium waffles--was included. The location is close to the center of the city and within walking distance to shopping, parks and restaurants.

Everyone was happy & friendly. Nothing. Our 16 year old daughter was in the hospital & passed way the staff at the hotel were very kind & understanding. I thank you & them for having the price line available other our stay in Spokane would have been even worse. We did not need to worry about where we could afford to stay.

I was not charged for my small dog but I did have to walk 5+ blocks to find grass. The carpet in the room was very dirty and had an oder like human urine.

The in room refrigerator was nice. Street noise from traffic was loud. My coworker decided to get a room at the same motel. Anyway, my coworker complained that his carpet was gross. My carpet was fine, and mine was a smoking room. His was nonsmoking, and he wasn't too impressed. I thought it was a nice stay.

Cheap and good location. A little old. The hotel was dated but clean, nice waffle breakfast and located close to I90 and the major roads of Spokane, Division and Sprague.
