it was a quiet place, friendly staff, when i come back to Gatlinburg TN. i will stay there again. The hotel in right in the town of Gatlinburg the shops are easy to get to from the hotel . The hotel parking could be better but i understand why it is like that the Hotel sits on a hill over looking the town great view!

Great location for access to Natl Park and sites. Staff did not seem overly concerned about cleanliness. Bottom line is that is a tired hotel that could be cleaner. Also, don't expect an overly dedicated staff which don't overly care about the presentation/condition of the facility. You're in hillbilly country and its par for the course.

Balcony is very nice. Has a microwave and a fridge in room. Room is a bit small but ok. A lot of park spaces. One minute walking to downtown.

I just got home from Gatlinburg, and I have to say, this hotel was a wonderful place to stay. It's not a Marriot by any means, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is off the beaten path, but not too far for walking.

The hotel is at the top of the hill and when you pull up the view of the mountains is breath taking, but don't let that fool you if you get a forrest view room like ours! Our room was down in a hole at the back of the hotel, the parking lot was above us! When we walked in the room the soured smell was terrible! It came from the bathroom sink and didn't go away! When we walked out on the balcony to see what we hoped would be a beautiful view, it was nothing more than a few trees trying to hide the hotel parking lot below us. The ground was littered with beer cans and bottles which my eight year old pointed out first! We decided we were given a room that they reserved for people of come to stay the night and get drunk because when we woke up the next morning and opened the door once again someone had decided to drink their beer on our balcony! We had to clean up the mess before the kids got up and went outside! And the smell never goes away, and gets worse when someone flushes above you!! The room was very clean, pool was dirty. Will not stay here again!!

We traveled to Gatlinburg for New Years Eve. Our room was in the perfect location. From our front window we had a perfect view of the Space Needle. At midnight we could see the fireworks perfectly. The room was great it was very large and one of the cleanest I have ever seen. The hotel staff was extremely nice. I was absolutely impressed and will definitely be staying here again!!!

I liked the fact that we had a private balcony. It was very peaceful. The room was smaller than I expected.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gatlingburg at this hotel. The front desk was cordial and polite and also very helpful. The room was clean and very large. We had a non-smoking room with a king bed. The room was clean and the bed was great. I would recommend this place.

Room was outdated and very small. No coffee filters. Bathtub leaked. Wood balcony railing not very secure for being about 40 feet above the ground. Continental breakfast consisted of mini donuts. Only ice machine is located by the office. Most likely not stay at this hotel again.

The location is within walking distance to just about everything in Gatlinburg. The cleaning service was great and there is a little breakfast bar for a quick bite to eat before you start your day. There is a pool but I was out of season for any outdoor pool. I enjoyed my stay and really enjoyed the location.

Nothing at all The beds were like sleeping on a pile of bricks. My experience was horrible.

Our room was very nice and clean! Great picnic area out wonderful city view! Great place to stay. The pool was nice, but to cold to swim.

The last time my husband and I booked a room online (completely different website, city and hotel chain) our room was horrible so I was a little bit wary to book online again. However, I was completely pleased with our room, the service and the hotel in general and will definitely stay here again. Our room was neat and clean and completely liveable. It included a microwave and refrigerator (a great thing when you are traveling with a baby!) It's not on the main Gatlinburg strip which is a HUGE plus. You are close enough to walk on down and far enough away that you don't have to deal with heavy traffic and noisy people. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. I was even pleased with the continental breakfast...it was exactly as it had been advertised. We didn't swim in the pool but it appeared neat and clean and was being enjoyed by some enthusiastic little kids. Overall our stay at this hotel was a joy and we look forward to staying there again...hopefully for longer next time!

Better use of gutters for rain runoff. The hotel is located close to the beginning of Gatlinburg just 1 block from number 3 stop light. Due to the time of the year the pool was not in use. The room was clean, well equipped and oh what a king size bed, firm just perfect.

We stayed here with friends, 6 kids all together. Had a wonderful time, we could see each other's rooms right across the way, the kids were back and forth all the time. They had the kitchen and we had the pool right out front. We stayed in the 2 bedroom king suite and all of the rooms were super clean and the beds were great. We stayed at the pool most of the day and the evenings when we got back from sightseeing, and for the most part had it all to ourselves-kids liked that the best. The only problem that we had was a malfunctioning smoke detector, and the management came up within 2 minutes of our call and fixed the problem, and we were a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it was a great value for the money. We had to stay at another hotel for an unplanned extra night, and wished that we were back at this one, and the other was more expensive and had more stars, but didn't compare!

Our room was waaay away from all the party people... and it was huuugggee.... we only paid $62 plus tax on rod run weekend... the ramps were a little tricky after a few drinks but over all....i'd recommend it for others... :)

The room was nice and clean, the staff was very helpful we liked the balcony also. Some repairs were needed when we arrived and the balconies should be private they do need a ice machine closer to the end rooms. We would have liked to have stayed in closer walking distance to the shops. Overall we were pleased with the hotel. We will definitely stay at the hotel again in the future.

The room was very nice for the price, I t was a last minute vacation, was a little scared of what the room would be like, since I made reservation 2 days before trip for the 4th of July. Was very pleased with room, it was very clean, front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. Very close to downtown attractions, will stay again on next trip

Cheap, clean, and close to everything. The wireless. This is not the Ritz by any means but great for a budget. All you really need the room for is to sleep, shower and change. Worked perfect for us!
