What a great hotel although it was an older hotel they are rennovating the staff was wonderful the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great lots to choose from A great place to stay

Upon arrival we found the parking lot was small and in dire need of repair. We had to park in the adjacent parking lot to check in. The staff was unprofessional in appearance and their customer service skills were weak at best. Once directed to our room we had to park in the back near our room in another parking lot full of potholes and water. Upon tring to enter the building we found our key did not gain acccess to the building and had to walk 200 feet to another enterance, we later found out there was a "trick" to getting in that door. Once we got in our room we found it was nothing like what was advertised. There were not enough outlets to accomodate the lamps, refrigerator and microwwave so something had to be unplugged to use another electronic device. The bathroom was about big enough for a small person or child. The following day we found our room had not been cleaned or fresh towels provided. Upon breeching the subject with the attendant our issue was not rectified we were given 2 towels for 3 people and advised that was all they could do. Not even an offer to satisfy a paying customer. The reason we chose the Roadway was for the pool and hot tub ammenities, we discovered quickly that the hot tub and sauna were broken. The experience has taught me never to stay at a Roadway Inn anywhere or its affilliates and my family and I will from now on pay the extra money for a good clean hotel.
