The Motel was quite adequate. There was nothing either very outstanding nor detrimental. A nice place for the money.

Room was comfortable and quiet. An in-room microwave would have been nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the area was quiet.

Friendly but not very knowledgeable staff. Check in took longer than expected. You can hear the next door neighbor snore loudly through the walls.

This hotel is at a convienant location. I found the staff to be accomodating and friendly. The room appeared clean. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on at any hotel before. The room was quiet and comfortable. They had vender machines that offered snacks for less than I could buy the items out of other vender machines I have seen. The pool was warm and the pool area appeared clean. There were also clean towels available for use at the pool site. It was easy to check in. It was easy to check out. The rates were unbeatable. The only fault I noted was that the breakfast offered was minimal. Toast, cerial, pastry, coffee, water (I think that was all... if there was more offered, I didn't see it.) There was a juice machine, but it was not cooperating. I could have asked management for help with the juice, but after seeing what was offered to eat, we chose to go to McDonalds. Other hotels I have stayed in offer eggs, bacon, hash browns with gravey, pancakes, etc.... Their selection was disappointing. But perhaps by cutting back on the food selections, they are able to book the rooms at lower rates. I would definately stay here again.

I stay here weekly 1-2 nights. Great value for the money. Some very minor issues that were quickly resolved, but what place doesn't. I totally recommend it.

The hotel is right off the freeway but quiet. The hotel is new and has clean rooms. It has a nice in-door pool. No restaurants within walking distance but only one stop on the freeway to the mall and all the restaurants.

The staff was welcoming and the room was great. Very clean, welcoming, homely, good comfortable bed and everything.

My friend and I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. We just needed a clean place to sleep and take showers for two nights. The Rodeway in was fine for that because it was right off the freeway. The breakfast was cereal, toast oj. There was no coffee maker in the room but there was 24 hr coffee. The staff was ok but while I was eating breakfast and watching the news;one of the staff changed the channel to something else. The shower was the best, lots of hot water. The bed seemed comfy. The bed was made and clean towels added for our next night.I took my dogs and there was a place to exercise them out a side door but the door was locked the only way in is through the lobby. I did not use the pool. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was almost non-existent. The hotel was okay for a one night business trip. The walls were too thin to be romantic. The room appeared clean at first glance, but there were things in the corners that had been missed by the maid.

We found ourselves stuck in this hotel because the hotel we usually stay at was full due to the State Fair. The only room available was a Smoking room. I have stayed in Smoking rooms before, and found that with a bit of airing out, they were tolerable. This one was HORRIBLE. The basic c that maid service takes care of was fine. Bath fixtures were clean, bedding, etc. as well, but the carpet near the night table was extremely dirty, my son found his sock sticking to the carpet! Trying to air out an INCREDIBLY stinky room was impossible due to the window a/c unit being clogged with at least 3/4 inch THICK of sticky sludge, as well as dust, cereal, and other debris. It looked as though it had not been vacuumed EVER. This is not an older hotel! The fan in the bathroom also did not ventilate due to being clogged with debris. It was so bad, I took pictures! The front desk told us that management wasn't onsite and they couldn't help us and if we decided to leave the next day they would not refund our money for the rest of the reservation period. When the maid came the next day I showed her the problems, she called in the manager. He was condescending and blamed the smokers. This was a lack of maintenance, not maid service. I asked the maid how long they had to clean a room for a new guest. She told me they have 20 minutes for a new guest and 15 min for a guest that is staying over. There is NO WAY they can make two beds, clean the bathroom, floors, mirrors and other surfaces AND do maintenance cleaning. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

Very good for cheap price. Smoking rooms on top floor at end of hallway.

The rooms were clean as were the grounds. Way too much chlorine in the pool. For the price, it is satisfactory. Although we stayed in smoking rooms, it would have been nice if they had not smelled as much as they did.

Friendly employees, clean room & ended up staying for another 2 days. Doors were closed with a lot of noise. Thin wallsand hall noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and pool area were very clean. Location was close to sight seeing and shopping. A very pleasant stay. I will be staying there again.

Location. The bed was very uncomfortable with springs poking out, felt things crawling on me. The room was clean, but the bed was terrible worst night sleep on my trip - won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The desk staff was pleasant and responsive. The cleanliness of the room. The desk staff was pleasant and responded quickly to some inadequacies. The daily upkeep was marginal (not enough washcloths and the carpet was dirty and stayed that way). On one day we had to request that the room be made up at 6:00 PM because it hadn't been done. We had to keep reminding ourselves that we requested a low budget full weeks stay but it was hard not to complain.

Easy location. Cramped feeling in rooms. Overall, the hotel was just fine. It was unfortunate that they didn't have a hot tub, but that is a luxury anyways. The room didn't appear to have an alarm clock which was a hassle, and the continental breakfast was little more than coffee and toast. However, for the price, this was close to what we expected. I would probably stay again.

Friendliness of staff. Small towels. Convenient, cheap, clean with friendly and helpful staff.
