When it's peak for leaf viewing and there is still a vacancy, there is usually a good reason. The staff and owners try hard to please, and the room was adequate for a one-night stay, but the age of the complex defeats every effort to make a stay at this Rodeway Inn a pleasant experience. A positive for the stay was the comfortable beds and clean linens. There was not much else to commend the place. The cheap funiture exhibited considerable exposure to moisture. The room with two queens was cramped. Even smaller was the bathroom area, with vintage 1950's plumbing and decor. We could not bring ourselves to try the continental breakfast crudely provided in the front desk/office area. The staff was friendly, but the deteriorating infrastructure does not given them much to work with.

For a family on a budget this hotels rates were OK. Contemintal breakfast was horrible buns looked stale.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was rude, manager was unhelpful, and rooms were filthy. You'd be better off sleeping in your car.

facuets burned hand, no lighting, no clean towles, no bed made..left after one night..better to loose money, than stay there.....

Cheap place right on the strip. Very small bath tub. This hotel is a cheap place to crash after a long day of skiing. The clocks are set 2 hours fast so if you loose track of time you might think you are really late. Staff seemed very unfriendly but we didn't have to interact with them so no big deal. Bathroom isn't that nice for after skiing its nice to sit in a normal size tub this one is extra small can't even sit in it with out my legs bent. But can't complain since it is very cheap you get what you pay for.

Closet-sized rooms. However, if you are expecting something that meets an expectation higher then the bland definition of a "room", you are very mistaken. Free Wi-Fi, free cable, heat, and a bed to sleep in. That is all you will be getting.

Spiders and cobwebs on walls, very small room, bathtub drains slowly. Basic, bare-budget hotel. Sketchy inhabitants - we got the feeling that people lived there was scary for my girlfriend. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean. Room was very small. Was just okay a place to lay your head.

The pool was nice and it was a small place. The owners did not speak English very well and were hard to understand, tried to charge me twice for the room. It is small place, also had problem with the key card, did not want to work, it is a place for some one to stay for night or 2, not real good for families as the rooms are real small.

Comfortable, nice staff. It's all the way up in Rutland, Vt. This is a nice, quiet place to stop in a resort town atmosphere. It's convenient to all shopping and attractions.

Bathtub looked clean. Everything was dirty and run down, the manager hardly spoke English, dump! I didn't even get the room I reserved. Towels were brown and stained, lamp shade torn and stained, beer and champagne bottles outside doors, carpet burned and dirty, sneaker prints on door, dirty walls, and I can go on and on. And I have pictures to prove it. This place ruined the one night my husband and I got to spend alone in months. All I can say is. Run away!

NA Kind of trashy with used samples of shampoo left in the bathroom, pubic hair on bathroom wall, etc. The location was great. It is basic, meets the necessities. A/C, Functioning bathroom, basic continental breakfast, etc.
