The staff was friendly. I didn't really like anything else about this hotel. This hotel was neither worth the money nor the headache that I went through just to stay here. The room was tiny and old. The walls were very thin, hearing the people next door singing before we went to bed and then being woken up by their snoring was enough for me. I will never stay here again.

Cozy,clean and quiet room. Although the room was very small, it was enough for my husband and I to move around comfortably. It was very quiet and we heard no train sounds as previous reviewers have mentioned. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor heated pool in 20 below weather was quite a treat! We would stay here again.

Thought the whirlpool suite was very romantic and enjoyable. Locating the hotel was a little difficult, but worth it. We enjoyed our stay and would be willing to stay there again. In fact, we plan to next year at the same time. Very enjoyable, quite and relaxing.

The location was right next to where we wanted to be! Smoking room - The room stunk badly of cigarette smoke. We did get a smoking room as my husband smokes. The room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that even my husband could not stand it in the room. Their solution - they gave us a spray bottle of lemon stuff to spray in the room. We kept the door and the window open almost all day to try and get rid of the smell.

The hotel is very centrally located and was always close by. I hated the fact that there were no elevators. Also no microwaves or mini fridges in the room. The hotel was clean and centrally located but I really missed what to me seemed to be standard for motels now a days, that is microwaves and mini fridges in the room to help cut the food costs while traveling and make feeding small children easier. No elevator also made it hard to get suitcases, purchases and toddlers up and down stairs. Would I stay there again, no not if I could find a nicer one available when I wanted to travel. In a pinch yes, I would use them again. For what we got, I thought it was a little pricey.
