The location is great, the staff is very friendly. It smells in the dinning room. This hotel locates right on the main street, very convenient. There is a Safeway supermarket right across the street. The staff is very friendly. My wife pushed a wrong button and the water spilled over the floor. The guy cleaned it up without any complaint. My most dissatisfaction is that the dinning room (also their lobby) smells, heavily. Why don't they get rid of that smell? In addition, half of the parking spaces are occupied by big trucks.

It was a great stay for the money we paid. The breakfast was great. In the past we pd more money at the other hotel and no breakfast. The staff was great and friendly. new pool. I would love to stay here again at this hotel..

I don't know if this motel has seen better days or not. It's clear this is not a destination hotel, it's a place for people to stay overnight before or after their Lake Powell on-the-water trip. The room was not exactly clean or well maintained, it was serviceable though. The rate was exceptionally high for the low quality of the accommodations. The price speaks of being the only game in town, but there are many places to stay in Page. I wouldn't recommend it unless you can't find anything else.

I liked the king size bed and table outside the door. Ithought the bathroom looked out dated. This hotel was great for an over night stayI would probably stay here again.

I travel frequently and stay in many less than stellar hotels and motels. This one rates right at the bottom. The room STUNK like rotten feet. There was hair in the shower. The floor in the bathroom was buckled from water damage and the entry door wouldn't shut completely (looked like it had been kicked open in the past). This was a non-smoking room. We had reserved the room and arrived after 9 pm. All rooms were sold out and we got the "Last room". After check in we immediately went to the desk and requested another room. There were no other rooms available and the desk clerk gave us a can of air freshener to spray. It was Memorial weekend and I couldn't find another room in Page so we had to stay. The continental breakfast was a laugh. 6 dried out donuts and cereal for many travelers. The desk clerk was also very rude, I sensed that she got frequent complaints and had developed a snide response to every question. I am not a complainer but this place is REALLY the worst place I've stayed at in years. Take a tip from me and aviod the Page Rodeway Inn like the plague.

The Rodeway Inn in Page, Arizona has to be the filthiest, unkept motel we ever stayed at. I have never complained about a hotel/motel in my life but I am compelled to write this review. We had a non-smoking room that stunk of cigarettes so bad. We went and complained to the manager and he gave us a can of "DOLLAR STORE AIRFRESHENER!!!"I had to go to the store and get a can of febreeze BELIEVE IT OR NOT I AM THE LEAST PICKY PERSON I KNOW. I WILL SLEEP ANYWHERE AND NOT COMPLAIN!!!!!!! The continental breakfast consisted of juice, milk, donuts, and bananas! that's it!. almost everything in the room didn't work. the toilet was plugged when we arrived. Fan didn't work. window screen had been previously pryed out. The carpeting was filthy . We would have left but it was Memorial Day weekend and there was not a hotel to be had for 150 miles!!! The hotel bill was 123.00!!!! pathetic. DO NOT STAY HERE.!!!!!!!! We complained and they wouldn't do anything.

It was in town. Dirty. The hotel had the dumpsters in front of the restaurant with the trash all over the place. The rooms looked old and dirty and the bedding was the same. I would never recommend this hotel!

The price for the room. Only one choice of breakfast cereal at the continental breakfast. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and neat. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Parking was a bit limited, but it was because the hotel was full, so what do you do. We had a great shower in the morning and attended our volleyball tournament ready to play.

The bathtub was large and so was the restroom. There was no parking that was close to our room. It was a good value. It was the cheapest place in town and it showed. It was not the best looking hotel from the exterior or interior. The pool was well maintained and the office was nice. I would recommend it for a night maybe two at most. Large bathroom with a privacy wall was great because I didn't have to go into the bathroom to change. we were traveling with my mother-in-law and it was very convenient to have the privacy wall.

Conveniently located. Room was worn out. Older, showed signs of improvements, clean but worn and not well appointed.
