The people were very friendly, room very clean and comfortable, close to everything, good choices for breakfast, and the rates were very afffordable.

Room was good. There wasn't a pool but we went to visit family anyway. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast consisted of waffles, bagels,cereal, toast and 3 different juices. All you need to start your day. The seating area was small but we found a nice table every morning. I was impressed with the homey atmosphere. It almost seemed like you were staying at a friends house. There is much to do around Montrose and this was a great starting place. Like I said before the owner was actually working the front desk and she was such a Happy Person !!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was equiped with a microwave, refridgerator and blow dryer. There was no pool but I wasn't there to spend time at the hotel anyway. I felt very safe even though I was alone. When I accidentally locked myself out of my room, the staff immediately made me a second set of electronic door keys. The dining area for the continental breakfast is very small so if it was crowded I just took my food back up to my room.
