They found the pillow I left at the motel, but stole my pillow case. Holes in wall toilet paper rolls falling off wall no room service. I will not stay here again. They should charge 19.99 a night for this low class motel. Holes in wall, plugs didn't work. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Bad lighting, no light covers. Continental breakfast was a lil Debbie donut cake, and orange juice. Nothing more!

There was a man sleeping under the stairwell the next morning. We told the staff but he was still there as we left.

Location. Dirty. This place can be used for a shower and bed if absolutely necessary; however it was dirty and the bed was like sleeping on box springs.

We had major problems with this room. The staff put our complaints off until we decided to leave.

Quiet, good staff andlocation. The location to I65 made this a convenient motel and I would stay here on my next visit.

We were charged double for the room because the person messed up the reservation. Now they won't give our money back, they are giving us the run around.

Nothing and I am not the type of person to complaint. Needs a lot of work in rooms from construction to linens plus extermination. There were holes in the wall, Indian people was running and it was strictly business definitely not about pleasing customers.

The location was easily accessible. The towels and the pillows were horrible. The best thing this place has going for it was it's location. The room was clean, but the towels were like sand paper, and the pillows were as flat as pancakes (not to mention there were only three). Also no blow dryer or iron. I personally would not stay here again.

Nothing. Dirty sheets and bathroom. Very dissatisfied. Dirty room. Very old.
Date of Stay:

Easy access to room from parking. Room in disrepair with paint and had bugs. The rooms we were assigned were in utter disrepair. The paint was peeling, there were roaches and silverfish alive in the room, and the television remote was not functioning. There was also a distinct smell in the room that was of stale smoke and it was a non-smoking room.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
Nothing. Unclean rooms, broken and dirty bed covers very nasty bathroom no one in the office understand English very well The hotel need to be reported to the health department. There was blood stains on the bed covers in my room. The bed was broke. The bathroom shower area had old soap and oil stain. Bathroom sink broke. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone not even a homeless person.

The desk staff was polite and helpful. I could not get a smoking room. This is an older generation motor hotel, conveniently located near i-65. There were restaurants, gas stations and shopping nearby. The room was not in great condition. The shower head was held on by duct tape. The metal door locking bar was broken. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and off brand fruit and cereal bars. The second floor ice machine did not work.

Nothing-very filthy and staff was rude to my employees. The hotel was extremely rude and not helpful. I had two of my employees staying at this hotel for business. I was horrified when I received a call that the conditions were so bad that they slept in their clothes. The manager would not issue a refund and/or switch us hotels.

Nothing. Unsanitary would not refund unused rooms. Hotel refused to refund three more nights pre-paid.

Absolutely nothing, there was paint pealing old beds, the room. Upon check in the attendant was rude, through the room key and paperwork in the service window. This is the worst experience I have ever. This place is below any standard, a crack house would be equal to or above the environment this place provided.

It was conveniently located and comfortable. The status of the tub, and bathroom floor could be improved. Over all, my companion, my son, and I, enjoyed our stay. Also, we would return, and encourage our family/friends, to stay at this hotel.

Nothing. Dirty, Smelly, Uncomfortable. I had to request a room change the first night. The room had peeling paint and an offensive odor. There were blood stains on the comforter. The second room was a little better, but not much. Mold on the ceilings, worn carpeting. I would never have stayed if I had been with my family. I will NEVER stay at a Rode way Inn again. I feel the price paid was WAY out of line.

When I checked out. It was filthy and poorly maintained. The continental breakfast is a Kellogg's Nutri-grain bar or a Little Debbie cinnamon wheel with coffee or juice. There is no Internet access so that was a flat out lie. The wall outlets were falling out of the wall. The bed broke on me my second night. The bathroom had peeling paint in big chunks hanging from the ceiling. The exhaust fan motor in the bathroom made a horrible grinding noise. In short, I could have stayed in a crack house for free. This place ain't far behind.
