There was no remote and I called the office and asked them to deliver one and the guy said I can't leave the office because I am the only one here. I told him I would come down and get one and he said He didn't have an extra remote. The grounds had a sprinkler leak and the parking lot was flooded. The upstairs balcony had dried out wood that needed a paint job but they just put a rubber mat on it.

Next to nice restaurant. It was very difficult to access from interstate. It wasnot a bad location once you found it.

an ideal hotel location for the ballon fiesta stayed 4 days and really enjoyed it. coffee and doenuts were complimentry

I was just dissapointed not being able to get in the pool about 8:30 or 9 cause they had already closed it cause of it raining earlier but wasnt raining then. And the Donuts and juice was disappointing because they close it down at 9 and I didn't get in there til 9:30 a.m.

Easy to get to. Hotel clerk (old man). Overall it was okay, the regular price of the room is to high.

We got pretty much what we expected. The room was adequate, though a bit small. It was clean but not sparkling. The air conditioning was sufficient, but barely. The location was excellent--just a few blocks from the interchanges of both the north-south freeway and the east-west freeway. This was very convenient. The pool was clean, but needed more chairs, and towels were not conveniently provided.

Location was the best thing about it. Blankets had burn holes and bath tub rocked. The over all experience was to bad other than the bath tub wanting to rock back and forth while showering, the walls a little thin, had to listen to the people up stairs walk across my roof. Also, had trouble getting more towels. But the location was good for the balloon fiesta and the mall was close.

Nothing. It could have been free and I would have been disappointed. This place was a dump, could not wait to check out in morning, sagging bed, soiled carpet, hole in bathroom wall, plaster on ceiling in shower falling down. Just awful.

Convenient and close to many things. Security view finder was broken-stuffed with paper. The staff was great, location was convenient. The room had some upgrades but needed a few more. The security view in the door was broken and had been stuffed with paper. No alarm clock but did have a refrigerator and microwave. Price was good. Even for a smoking room; it did not smell bad. Great restaurant by from the hotel-wonderful pancakes.

I loved having a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and hair dryer. Being right next to the highway. The hotel was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The pool was great and had a brick wall for privacy. We highly recommend this hotel for convenience, comfort, and price.

The price was reasonable and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. The restaurant for the hotel was extremely crowded so we ate at the Village Inn down the street. Overall for the price we paid we got the room we expected. Not being able to eat at the restaurant was an inconvenience. The room was clean, the A/C worked and the room had a mini-fridge, microwave and hair dryer.

Didn't. Needs to be updated, rooms were dingy, and not what was described. I would not recommend this hotel, until it has been updated.
