I was unsure of this hotel based on the other reviews, but their rates were unbeatable in the Medina area! I stayed in a smoking king room and was pleasantly surprised to find clean sheets, bathroom, and floors. I admit the place needs a bit of work, but the staff was incredibly helpful. My only problem through my four day stay was a bad remote. I informed the front desk on my way out one morning, and it was fixed by the time I returned from my meeting! I would definitely stay there again.

we had to ask for light bulbs because most of the light didn't have any. We were there for 4 days, and had put the maid service sign on the door, but did not receive any. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and the person behind the desk asked if we had brought the old towels down. We told him no he then said he would send someone down. After waiting for over an hour, we finally got towels. We asked for room service several times. Also the tub did not drain properly. While you were taking a shower you stood in about 6 inches of water. It was gross..I had to go out and buy febreze because the room had a faul musty order. I was also in the air conditioning unit.

It was a place to sleep and that was all. I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This was below average. This hotel was second rate at the most. For the price, it was reasonable. I would not recommend it to anyone. If this was the Medina Convention Center I would hate to see the other hotels.

This is the absolute worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed at in my long life. The rooms were horrendous. The managers are liars. Nothing works. The non-smoking rooms smell like they are smoked in regularly, not to mention the smell of urine. The furniture is falling apart, as are the carpets, drapes, windows and beds. There was ZERO security, as the doors that were supposed to be locked were NEVER locked, not one of them. The management told absolutely nothing but empty lies, day after day, and when I complained about a maintenence matter, The day manager said "Well I'm not in maintenence, am I?". A criminal enterprise setup along a main highway to attract unsuspecting travelers, When I asked for a refund for the 5 days I did NOT stay, it took me over a week, and I got nothing but arguments upon arguments. Do not ever, ever, ever, ever EVER under any circumstances think about staying at this fleabag hotel. Not even the fleas would stay.

Location. I have never seen a hotel in worse condition. Dirty and worn out. There was hair on one of the pillows, the chair looked like someone had an accident with a diaper on it. The sheet had cigarette burns. This non-smoking room has had a lot of people smoking in it. Worst traveling experience I've ever had.

This hotel was horrible. Not only was my credit card over charged by several thousand dollars which I am still in dispute over...there was no hot water, room was never cleaned, air conditioning was broke and leaked all over my personal belongings. This is nothing but a Roach Motel."
