At the rodeway things were not in order. No one could answer questions and no one spoke english. The shuttle service was a joke. We weren't able to use it. You had to schedule it in advance and the person to schedule it with was not there. So we drove to disney. Breakfast was a joke. There was these doughnuts in a plastic bag. Pathetic. There were fire ants everywhere. We have bitemarks all over our feet. Our door did not shut right. Just bad.

Horrible front desk service. No shuttle to Disney/Universal. Good access by car or public transportation (City Bus number 56 to Disney).

They call the breakfast a continental breakfast, that's only if you consider donuts and coffee/tea/juice a continental breakfast. The bathroom looked like they were doing renovations on it, because the paint on the walls were peeling off.

This hotel is crawling with problems literally. I had to change rooms 3 times first because the door lock did not work, and then the top of the door could be pushed in with your hand with very little effort. The third thing took the cake when i was awaken from getting bitten by BEDBUGS!! The water also goes from hot to cold then back to scolding hot without ever touching the knob. I have a 3 year old daughter and that does not sit well with me. Then when i made them put me in another hotel next door a howard x, which is owned by them as well i had to pay a 1*upgrade fee. This hotel is awefull and if you know what is good for you you would not book there.

We only stayed overnight going from Key West to Pensacola Florida. For an inexpensive hotel in a high cost area I was surprised how nice the hotel was. Resturant was in easy walking distance with discount cards for free meals for kids. This was our 2nd stay there and will do so again. They spray the room with some kind of orange smell which was a bit much but it seemed to go away after we were there for a little bit.

When we checked into the hotel the lady at the front desk was very rude. when asked for the schedule of the Disney World shuttle schedule we were given the wrong schedule. when we asked about the fee they wouldn't give us a proper answer. we were also promised a room with a fridge and they wouldn't move us into another room.

What a horrible experience!!! We we're first given the wrong room upon arrival, not the deluxe room with microfridge. We we're moved to another room with a fridge that didn't work and had dead roaches inside. The carpet was wet and had a terrible odor. We was moved to a third room with the same odor. By then, we we're too tired to move again and with the no refund policy we opted to stay. The staff was nice and helpful and could only offer what was available in this dump of a hotel. Please save yourself the effort and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else....

Cleaner than I expected for the price. Nice Hotel and the guy that checked me in was very nice if a little confused about his job. Checking out the head lady was getting on him for something he had done wrong. Right in front of me and she got nastier and nastier towards him right in front of us while she was checking us out. That was very rude of her and not fair to the guy she was yelling at. Price was great. I'm staying there again in six weeks. If she does it again I'll be saying something to her as I didn't like her doing that right in front of my granddaughter and me.

Very close to Disney and you don't have to pay a lot, especially with a Travel website package deal. They have a shuttle to Disney which cost 10 per person per round trip. There are not big highrise hotels on this street. Lots of restaurants and stores.

I traveled with my son and required an accessible room. They promptly moved us into a room with all accessible bath on the first floor. Very courteous, friendly staff. Hope to stay there again.

Just the price. Room was stink. Ipassed half an hour looking for the room and whenI got in there it was stink like a dumpster.

this hotel is ok, the location is excellent, just at ten minutes from the parks. all kind of restaurants around. only $$ by night. my room was clean and comfortable. the only thing is that they have a subcharge of $ daily when you get there. also if you are planning to rent a car in orlando, rent a gps system too, you will remember me. :)

We stayed at this hotel because of it's location to Disney. There is a free shuttle that stop next door at the Howard Johnson. I would say take it if you aren't in a hurry or on a schedule. The staff was nice even at the late hour of my arrival. There are so many places to eat. I would suggest the Waffle House right next door or IHOP a couple of doors over. There is a great lobster buffet that is a must...I'd go back there just for that. All-in-all you can't beat the value, location, and surrounding extras not to mention the pool was clean and heated. The only downside is the beds were full and not queen or larger.

They advertised a heated pool but pool was cold. Rooms were small, had a safe but no refrigerator. Room could have used a good scrubbing. Beds were hard and pillows were flat.

Reasonable rates, comfortable rooms, quiet and private. Bad cable. Let me tell you for the price I was expecting a roach motel but what I got was a great clean and comfortable room. It was located centrally to every place I wanted to go. Parking was ample. It had two restaurants side by side and a pharmacy and gift shop which was very convenient. The staff was friendly. I am definitely coming back!

This was my second time staying at this motel and I must say for the price what did you expect. I had no problem and the location is great and if you like a quiet location unlike International Drive this is the place for you. 10 minutes to get to Disney and everything else.
