The desk personnel and the convenience of the location. Parking and the dreaded maid service. This hotel was priced correctly. However, just because it was a cheap stay does not mean that cleanliness is not important. The mirrors were smudged, the furniture dirty and the room not vacuumed. The linens were clean and soft, however, coming back to a room that is dirty makes the visit less desirable.

Nothing. Dirty and unfriendly and not helpful. When we arrived, we got smoking rooms. I asked to change and they did not.

Well for the money i spent to stay there, it was well worth it. The room was nice an clean..close to everything..I enjoyed my stay there..

Free parking & airport shuttle. Nothing. This is a great hotel if you are flying out of Louisville. They have free extended parking and free Airport shuttle. Located about 5 minutes from airport. Only stayed one night, but found the room clean, and met expectations. Also close to Freedom Hall and 6 Flags.

Staff made you feel like you were bothering them by checking in or by asking for anything. We were told they do not have rollaway beds nor do they have ash trays for thier "smoking" rooms which explained why every piece of furniture in the room was covered with cigerette burns. There was also very large elaborate spider webs (with several meals entangled in them) in the corners and under the heater/cooler of the rooms meaning they never vacuum those areas. If you just need a simple no frills, inexpensive place to sleep that is close to Six Flags, (and you arent scared of spiders) then this is the place for you -otherwise spend a few extra dollars and stay at one of the neighboring hotels.

The interstate was to close and teh run way for planes landing was to close. No sleep, the planes are so low you can read made in china on the bottom.

The beds were comfortable, after I remade them so the sheets were tucked in.The bathroom was barely clean,needs detail cleaning BADLY, a fraction of a roll of toilet tissue, no kleenex,but brought when asked for.

This hotel was clean and comfy for the price it was really close to freedom hall and downtown. This hotel did not have any restaraunts near by the only thing was an arbys not great. Hotel is what you pay for clean and friendly staff check in was not until 2 and we got there at 12 the lady said to give her 30 min and she would get our room ready so that was nice. The hotel location was just lacking in the fact that there was nothing to eat close by. I would stay at this hotel again though.

We were able to check into our room early. Having a smoking room, cigarette burns in blanket and on the counter tops & door didn't shut properly. Easy to find, but the parking is cramp. The lobby was clean and staff was some what friendly. The smokers room had burn marks on blankets and counter tops. I would like to see how the non smokers room was, to fully know if I would recomend this hotel to anyone else.

Convenient to my destination. Very noisy. People coming in at 3:00 in the morning and waking everyone up, talking very loudy out on balcony.
