Very good location for CBS shows. Clean, small room. Good deal for the price. No iron in room. Nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about. Just a good room in a good location for a good price.

This hotel is an unmitigated disaster. To say the rooms are dilapidated would be giving it a compliment. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, no ice machines worked, the baths are filthy, and the management is rude and unprofessional. One hour was the most we could stand there (renting 3 rooms mind you). Disgusting and absurd, this place should be condemned. Or charge hourly to vagrants. Worst hotel I have seen in many years.

This was my second stay at this hotel-the first one was back in 2002. The staff is professional, although somewhat standoff-ish. My room was rather spacious and quite clean, with housekeeping taking care of the room on a regular basis. I especially enjoy the outside patio, which gives you a nice breeze, especially when I was visiting (early September). A big selling point for this hotel is its location, which has busses running to Beverly Hills, Hollywood Blvd., and most other locations right nearby. Also, the Farmer's Market and other adjoining stores are really nice. Pricewise, it's quite reasonable, and there are numerous really good restaurants in close walking distance.

Good location, friendly staff. Small crowded room. Small hotel, clean, very basic, room too crowded with furniture, just not a very nice hotel. It was adequate, but I probably would not stay there again.

It was exactly whatI expected from the reviews. No closet, very small. We needed to be near CBS studios, which was right across the street. The hotel was exactly as reviews had described, and right in line with the price we paid.

This was a disaster! Bars in the hotel have live bands that played till 2 am making it impossible to sleep. A/C did nothing more than circulate the air that was already in the room. The bed was so hard, I would have slept on the floor if it wasn't so dirty.

We stayed here with a convention. Many people had to ask for different rooms because of mold, mice, bugs, lack of electricity, etc. This place needs to be upgraded or closed. We were to have stayed three nights but found another hotel after the first (every hotel in the area was booked the first night). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. High speed wireless internet was a joke! The only bright spot was the helpful desk attendant when we checked in.

Close to everything, clean rooms, decent size bathrooms andcomfortable bed, good towels. Staff was not friendly , parking can be difficult primarily for a larger vehicle. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, the room was clean and updated, good TV, good size bath with great water pressure, decent continental breakfast ( fruit was very good quality), close to everything. Again we were pleasantly surprised.

Location. Its close to everything. Parking. There not a lot to places to park and going up and down the giant narrow hill, I got a few scratches. If you live in the hotel you wouldn't like it. If you're there to sleep then you would love it. Second floor didn't smell like smoke, but at night there no hot water, but it come back on in the morning.

Hotel is small, has free underground parking-although the ramp down is tight. Rooms are clean and quiet. I stayed in this motel twice this year while visiting my brother. Ask for a room with the mini-fridge and micro simply because these rooms are bigger than the other ones. Staff was friendly and helpful. Motel is clean, continental breakfast is minimal but wonderful choices abound at the farmer's market anyway.

Good location, reasonably priced, they provided parking. They offer small breakfast, but no place to eat it. no place in the room to hang up clothing. Friendly helpful staff. good location. It's a no frills hotel. Relatively clean, friendly. I wish there was room to hang up clothing in the room (a closet or drawers).

Location for where we were going. Rooms were small. No walking room around the bed, the writing desk was non-existent. The hotel was OK. We did get good directions for dinner in Buena Park. The rooms were tiny and not comfortable for watching TV or playing cards or visiting. You had to sit on the bed the whole time.

Location to attractions. 11:00 am check out. Hotel was in the perfect location at the perfect cost for what I was in town for. Room smelled a little smoky. But all in all it served it's purpose.

Nothing. Rooms weretoo small, can barely walk around the bed. Very rude hotel front desk clerk, poor service, parking underground dirty and difficult to drive in and out.
