The hotel did not have a resturant nor comp breakfast, not located close enough for visitors without vehicles. Also if arriving on a Sunday, you need to know that the shuttle does not arrive for pickup until 5 PM or you will have to pay a taxi 20 plus.

The staff was very helpful. Car was broken into in the motel parking lot.

Good value for money, reception staff helpful, shuttle bus to train station and airport a bonus. A bit awkward having to go up small flight of stairs to get to Reception desk with heavy luggage. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in room, although our room was next to reception where there was a drinks machine. We were on first floor at rear of building so didn't notice traffic noise. Hotel was further from airport than we had anticipated and shuttle service has restricted hours so had to get cab from airport. All in all if you want clean basic accommodation at a good price, look no further. It would be helpful to see Shuttle times on the hotel website as they did not reply to my emails about this.

Staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms on the second floor in the back are preferred over the basement floor in front.

Our stay at this hotel was the worst I have experienced in my life. I have never been treated so badly by customer service staff on any other occasion that I can remember. There are not enough bad things I can say about this hotel and its staff in 300 words. My wife made the reservations here in part because she was GUARANTEED that the hotel van would pick us up if we arrived after midnight, which was likely because of our flight times. When we arrived at Logan and called the hotel at 12:05 am, my wife was rudely told that no van was coming, and to get a cab! When we arrived in our cab, the demon-possessed monster at the desk continued the abuse. He invited us to walk half a mile down a dark, unfamiliar street in a violence-prone city in a state of physical exhaustion with luggage to a convenience store if we needed cash. He demanded that we pay in advance for the entire stay, and insisted that if we chose to go elsewhere we would be charged for the entire stay regardless. As for the room, the bathroom fixtures would have to be rated "makeshift", and the "mattress" was actually two box springs. There was goo on the tops of the nightstands. The next day, we learned from the driver that the van ran TWICE A DAY, at 9 and 11 am. In fact, the driver had no intention of being on call for making trips after noon! Hotel personnel lied to us about airport pickupin order to secure our reservation. Choice Hotels insists that the local staff and management are "independent contractors", and that they are not responsible. They offered us a * coupon" to use for our "next stay". No chance!

This was the most terrible hotel I've ever experienced. The wash stand was clogged & didn't drain at all. However, the staff was very rude and ignored my complaint.

Sink had no plug to it ,it had been removed. TV remote was not working properly. One of the evening staff in reception was more interested in the computer than assisting customers.Female. Day reception Lady very helpful. Shuttle service very good. Price was high for the hotel type

I needed hotel for an overnight stay at Boston's Logan airport. This was the only place I could find on 3 days notice, and less than *. Somehow the town was very full. The rooms were definately 2 star, the AC was weak, so the room was hot, and with Coke stains on the walls, they needed some attention. Be sure to ask for a room away from the road, or you'll literally sleep 10 feet from the road.

Moderately-priced establishment close to the Logan airport for one-night sleepover. Sagging beds were bit uncomfortable. Wireless internet is available, but costs extra.

Clerk was helpful and first shuttle was on time (6 am). Storing vehicle while away cost 8$, no breakfast.

A basic hotel that is clean and convienient when everything else is full. You can drive there from the airport in less than 10 minutes and the rate is about half of what you would pay in Boston proper. The staff are very friendly.

The Roadway Inn is a good option for a short stay in Boston. I would not recommend it for longer but 1-2 nights are ok. It is reasonably priced and the hotel is average for the value. The closest subway station is an 18-minute walk away or you could park-and-ride as there are plenty of parking option around the station.

Close to food and shopping. Short distance to Boston. Affordable price. Mildew smell in hallways. Boxes stored under stairwells all weekend were eyesore.

The Roadway in was a perfect place to stay for a few days while shuttling between the airport, downtown, and the rest of the Boston area on a budget. Great, free shuttle to and from the airport and to nearby, local transportation. Exceptionally helpful staff and a comfortable area of town.

Beautiful spacious room, easy access to Boston airport. No elevator, a problem for those with difficulty walking and hauling luggage. This hotel was chosen for its proximity to the airport. Price and airport shuttle service. It has recently been renovated and the room was beautiful and spacious, although the bathroom was still small. There are virtually no public spaces but they try to accommodate with an ice and coke machine, good coffee in the tiny office and small snacks that can be bought at the desk. There were several restaurants that would deliver to the hotel and menus were in each room. No elevator made hauling luggage difficult, a notable problem for our two older, ambulatory-challenged traveling partners.

The Rodeway Inn staff were great. The cortesy van driver that picked us up from the airport was great, he even took us to the store to get milk and some snacks for us and my baby.

Cleanliness, comfort and price. A satisfactory overnight lodging with shuttle to and from Logan.

The Rodeway Inn was a nice hotel, although a bit away from the city (Boston). The room rate was fairly low, but it wasnt the easiest to get around town. A ten to fifteen minute walk would take me to the business area (e.g., Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts, etc.). At least there was a complimentary shuttle service that took me to the airport and the train stations. The room itself was nice. A desk was provided where I could do some work. I would recommend this hotel to visitors who arent used to staying in the big city (i.e, Boston). It's a nice quite area to relax your weekend.

Staff wasvery friendly and helpful. Limited selection in machines. As a place to stay overnight awaiting ongoig transportation, it was fine. Not for an extended stay, too far from anything but the airport.
