Date of Stay: July, 2009

The room was clean and tidy. Surprisingly quiet for the busy highway it is located on. Behind the pool was a large cornfield, and you could lay by the pool and listen to the birds singing. Sweet! Motel may not be "up to date", but is not shabby, and room was clean. I would have no second thoughts about staying there again, and there is an Asian Bistro restaurant next door that has great food, and is a welcome break from the cookie cutter eateries.

The personal was great. The room I stayed in could use some bug spray as it had ants and spider in it. The room was clean and neat. I believe it had a little problem with the sewage as once in a while when you flush the toilet it sounded like it back up in the bath tub. I never saw any water come up.

Friendly Staff, could have used more complimentary shampoo and soap, samples very tiny and only one of each, when it was a room for two. (thats why I always bring my own!) was annoyed that coffee maker didn't work, but complimentary bagels and muffins made up for it. Bed was pretty confortable and there was two extra pillows in the dressers, a definate plus. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom as well. Good selection of TV Channels to watch, even had some movie channels. It might not be the most fancy place but Over all, it was a good place for the price.

The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The only drawback was the sheets were too small to properly fit the bed.

Carpet was newly replaced in rooms. Bedding was clean and new. Hallways cold and smelly. Hotel centrally located. Nothing fancy.

We stay at this hotel every visit, usually 4 times a year and stay 3-5 nights. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Bathrooms have been upgraded. Hotel is under new ownership/management and they are doing their best to upgrade this hotel. I won't stay anywhere else in Lancaster.

Went to the Sight And Sound Theater,Shopped at the Rockvale Outlet Center,Farmers market,Amish Furniture on 396 south in Strasburg,Pa,Ate at Cracker barrel,friendlys Ice Cream for a sundae and breakfast at the local waffle house.The motel is up high and the second floor was great for scanning police and fire calls

There was food left in the fridge, heater did turn off we had to keep getting up to turn off & on. Poor breakfast. The place was very old and stuffy with the heater problem we were aether cold or to hot. We were up and down all night.

Clearning cart left permantly in the hallway. Cremora, no milk for coffee. Thin, thin sheets that you could see through. Security poor. After a certain hour, side door should be locked and you should have to go through the main door. Anyone could enter the side door - no key was needed. Staff though was accommodating with directions, ice, etc. These are all changes that could easily be made. Breakfast consisted of muffins, juice, coffe with cremora. Milk and a box of cereal would have been nice. Maybe some fruit for cereal too. No cooking involved - simple.

Check in was fast, room was quiet and fairly clean. The hotel was fairly clean, the people were friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic for our purposes.

"Overall it was nice. Although, room did have a tiny bit of an odor (but what motel doesn't), decor was a little out-dated and I couldn't see much in the shower it was so dark. The price was very reasonable and the location was perfect...never needed my car! I'd most likely visit this location again. Perfect for small families."

not much of a Continental breakfast, the restaurant was closed which made the area look like a ghost town. A good location.

The staff. The bathroom. The shower was unusable. The paint was peeling. The water dripped constantly. It looked dirty. Lime deposits were on all of the fixtures.

The location and price were really good, the room was comfortable. Public spaces could have been a little cleaner, no soda in soda machines. The location and price were great. The outside appearance was that of an Italian Villa. The restaurant was under renovations during our stay. The room was comfortable. While things may not have been perfect, we were pleased with the accomodations. I'm sure we will stay there again.

I enjoyed the pool, It was close to Dutch wonderland. The Beds were uncomfortable, and A.C. did not work. It was in a great location and around a lot of good food places. But the beds were not comfortable and the A.C. in the room did not work too well. And my kids enjoyed the pool.
