we booked through orbitz when we checked in all of my information was wrong except my name so they took my credit card information again and recharged my card! so now i have paid twice for a low par room in a low par hotel! tried to get issue resolved when i checked out but noone could help me - noone knew what was going on!!
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
It was very close to where I needed to be. Rooms were very small and cramped and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Staff was not very friendly; the public rooms were clean and nice. The rooms were dingy, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in some places and there was a bad smell coming from the air conditioner.

After a long, wearying day of travel with a 6 year old, this hotel with its very clean and fresh room and bathroom area, and great customer service, was just what we needed to refresh us all. Thank you.

This hotel is older, and it shows. No elevator, strong smell of disinfectant in the room. bed linens were worn. This is not the quality one would expect from the Ramada chain.

Leaving. Dirty rooms, poor service. This hotel was disgusting, first of all the wallpaper was peeling off the walls of our room. The ceiling had water stains on it. the carpet was dirty, half the channels on the TV had no sound. The towel holder in the bathroom was broken.

Cont breakfast was good. There were no towels in room hotel was not ready. There were no towels the room wasn¿t very clean, oversell I was very disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Some shabbiness due to age of carpet, walls, doors, ceilings, etc. Fine hotel if you want a room convenient to downtown Cincinnati and the airport. Free wife is a plus. It was great value for the money, and better than I could have expected.

It was closest to the interstate. Some of the furniture in the room had water damage and made the room look bad. The lobby was nice. Had to wait for a room even though I requested an early check in. I noticed a piece of furniture in the room had water damage which made the room look bad. No other problems with service or cleanliness.

Hotel convenient location to stadium where concert event was held. Reserved smoking room, did not receive. Room did not get cleaned on day two of stay. No fresh towels. TV remote did not work properly. Regular price for this hotel was $125.00/day - not worth it. For size of hotel it was more like a motel and price should be less than they accepted. Overall, the stay was fairly well.

Hotel and staff was very, very accommodating getting us a room on the main level since I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Seemed to be short staffed. Things not too clean, ran out of items at breakfast, garbage can overflowing in breakfast room.

Was able to direct us to some activities for the afternoon as we arrived earlier than the check in time. Disgusting trash in one room, mold on the bathroom ceiling in another, shower that wouldn't turn on in the third. tried to bill me again at checkout We arrived an hour early so our rooms had not been cleaned. The lady at the desk was helpful in directing us to the Newport riverfront area. When we returned, 6 hours later, one of the rooms had disgusting trash in the bathroom which was immediately taken care of. Our bathroom ceiling had black mold on it. In the third room, the shower needed a crescent wrench to turn it on. One of our friends used our shower so we could leave. The rest of the room (s) seemed clean. The hotel runs parallel to the highway and if your room is on that side on the hotel, expect to hear a lot on road noise. The breakfast was a typical one with cold cereal and bagels.

Clean and quiet. Nothing. This is an older hotel that is undergoing updates. They were replacing the carpet in some areas during our stay. It is clean and quiet and in a safe neighborhood, convenient to the Covington area. There is shopping at several I-75 exits close by. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant.

Location. Not measure up to our standard of cleanliness. I would not stay there again so could not recommend it to anyone.

It was better than we feared. Run down but clean. This Ramada barely rates a 2-star rating. More like 1.5. The room was clean, but we inspected it before we brought our bags in. 7' drop ceilings probably conceal retrofit plumbing/wiring or bad ceilings, but make the hallways look like something from Alice In Wonderland (or the B&W B-movie remake). The hotel shares its parking lot w/ a bar-restaurant and a live-in "hotel."

The TV was nice and the beds were comfortable. The room was close to interstate and was noisy. It was clean and comfortable.

Good location, decent continental breakfast, good a/c. Some what old carpeting and bedding. Right near a busy bar. Pretty good 2-star hotel, but barely worth what I paid. Located only 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, which was a big plus. Would prefer to stay somewhere else next time, but not bad.

Beds were comfortable, they were accommodating. Desk clerk insisted we had reservations for 2 nights instead of 1, but was helpful in getting it fixed. It wasted a lot of time. Nice pool. Older motel, but remodeled. Beds good. Clean. No elevator. Difficult to get luggage up spiral staircase.

only 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati rug coming up, paint peeling, towel rack broke, long wait to check-in and i was the only person at the desk! This was the poorest hotel I have stayed at. It wasn't unlivable, but it was run down. There was not enough personnel available to check me in. The room had several "defects", such as peeling paint and chipped tile in the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures appeared to be about 30 years old. Not a nice room for a Ramada. I would not recommend this hotel.
Date of Stay:
August, 2005
The carpets all over the hotel were very dirty.

Pool is clean and breakfast is ok Next to freeway - so noisy in the room with windows closed and couldnt sleep!! Old hotel with aged room windows which could not isolate well the roaring sound from freeway. If you dont need a quiet room to sleep, go for it.
