we went to Cortez to go to Mesa Verte National Park. The one thing we needed was an indoor pool. The pool is located in a separate building but was very clean. The room was very spacious and clean. When we asked to get additional towels because we stayed 2 days their were very accommodating. This hotel is located just about 10 miles to the entrance of the park which made it really convenient.

Friendly personal, good location. Pool was closed, internet in room not working. In the sum everything was fine. Personal was very helpful, public terminal and PC in the lobby worked good and fast. Unfortunately pool was closed and breakfast started at 7:30 am which is late for any trips.

this was a very nice and clean motel, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good, definitely would stay again, loved it.

This was a good deal for the price. The AC froze us out, which was good with the hot weather. No problems here.

Motel was not very not very comfortable and not very clean. Pool was full of dead bugs. Overall, I would never stay there again.

Shabby, noisy, no elevator,AC marginal, poor sign location. The restaurant across the street had live music which we were able to enjoy even thought we had theAC on and windows closed. We left before sunrise and were afraid to try the buffet.

roomed smelled and ac wasn't effective ... tried to get a refund (didn't stay the night, but they would not refund ... this place needs to be condemned along with it's management ... ;-("

They had no problem with my little dog. Hotel room was very old and very drafty, bathroom never got warm. This hotel would be fine in the spring or fall when you don't need a lot of heat or air conditioning since it is old it was very drafty and hard to heat.

We were promised an indoor pool, and a room with a microwave and fridge...we got a standard room, and the pool was empty.

Convenience. Motel was not attractive and poor continental breakfast. The motel was fine overall, but do not count on having much for a continental breakfast which consisted of toast, canned peaches and coffee.

This hotel gives a bad name to the other awful hotes out there. Pool and hot tub broken and not open to public. Cigarette butts everywhere in flowers, parking lot, etc.All facilities absolutely filthy. Room stunk of cigarettes and dog urine and who knows what else. Carpet had many mystery stains. Sink was clogged requiring brushing our teeth/wash face in bathtub. Need more?

Close to locations we wanted to see. Bed was a bit hard for me. Staff wasn't always on the ball. Had to go and get our own towels. Room was not cleaned one day. Did not offer any price adjustment. Maid walked in without knocking in eve. which made our key not work. I will say that everyone was nice.
