It was disguisting, mildew and hairs in the shower, floors felt like they were never cleaned, and bathroom was not mopped before our arrival

The bar was very popular. No elevator, stairway was very very musty and the doors to come in to our section were broken very unsafe. I would not stay in this hotel it was very unsafe especially if you are traveling by yourself. If you are not use to cigarette smoke i wouldn't stay here because people were smoking in the hallways made it hard to breathe at times. SorryI wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. The only good thing was the bar was very popular with the people surrounding.

Made reservation 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at 2 PM and room was not ready until after 6 PM. Towels did not arrive until 8:30 PM that night. Mold in tub, dirty tile floors in bathroom. Heater in room did not work (temperature outside was 38 degrees - inside was not much better). Management not willing to compensate for horirible stay. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Old, under renovation, dirty, smoky) even in the non-smoking area, I came home very sick because I am allergic to smoke. Terrible!

The hotel was close to casino. The cleaning staff needs to train again on room cleaning.

The staff was friendly and met ourneeds. Decor and surroundings were outdated, clean but needed maintenance. This is a good hotel for very budget minded travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful; a lock on the door was replaced when requested by a very helpful and pleasant young man. The facility was quite dated and in need of general maintenance; the hallways seemed dark and there was little that blocked the sound from the hallways into the rooms. However, the room was clean and well appointed, although the age of the room was quite apparent as in chipped tiles, worn off mirror edges, slightly damaged and old porcelain, etc. There was an ironing board and hair dryer but no iron or coffee maker if you need those amenities. However, if you need a clean and fairly reasonable place to stay, this would meet those basic needs - still slightly overpriced in my opinion.

The staff was very helpful with correcting the mistake. Our room smelled of mold, it was recently flooded, too spaced out. The staff was nice, renovations were going on at the time of our stay, the ball room was spacious but the ambiance was less than desirable.

Location is ok, train tracks close and time to time may disturbance. Quality was not good, our room did not have new carpet or paint. Hotel says they are doing constructions but not sure about that. Ok for short visit. Location is good as quite short distance to service. Hope the rebuild work will be soon finished and all rooms get new interiors. Hotel room quality does not match with the price.

Convenience. Everything else was horrible. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The air/heating unit was broke, the paint (not sure if lead based) was chipping off of the tub which consequently gave one of the fellow travelers athletes feet. The pillows were flat and when requesting more was told they did not have enough to give out. Only one towel in the room and took an act of congress to get an additional one. Please enjoy your stay, somewhere else.

The room was dirty and the location was horrible. The receptionist was very rude. There was no ice bucket or cups, which is always in rooms that I have been in. The carpet was dirty, this I know because my grandbaby crawled on it and her knees and legs where very dirty from doing it and then went to give her a bath and the tub was dirty. There was no clock of any sort in the room and the bed pillows need to be replaced.
