	Date of Stay: January, 2008
Check in okay. Asked for directions to a restaurant and got one that did not exist. Hot water did not get hot. In a no smoking room, but sheets smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast okay.

The hotel is very old and the sidewalks on the second floor were tilted. Our room smelled like urine from pets. We went to continental breakfast and had stale doughnuts or nothing by 8 am.

The rooms were right next to each other. Restroom's were not clean & the clean towels had hair in it. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel was convenient and cheap. But, there were cigarette burns in the sheets and pillows. Worst of all, the toilet was clogged. So, I called the front desk. They actually told me that they didn't have anyone to send up but I could come down and get a plunger!! Really?! I couldn't believe it. So I went about my day and called back later that night. Same response. Finally I gave in and got the plunger but couldn't unclog the toilet. So I went the rest of that night and the next morning without being able to use the toilet!!

I was surprised by this hotel because of cleanliness of parking lot as well as the rooms. I was there to stay only one night but then I decide to stay one more nights. Staff is so friendly and helpful and knowledgable as well. I recommend this hotel because of customer service, cleanliness of the hotel and most important the rate is so reasonable.

I had a good experience at the Rodeway Inn the price was reasonable and the rooms were nice a little small but nice. It is right off the interstate I-40 very conviently located. I would deffinetly stay there again.

Location was good. Well the sidewalk had ice on it and my girlfriend fell and I took them they might want to put ice down and they never did. It was very dusty in the room and when we first got there in was so cold in the room it took the first night to warm up.

After paying for my room I was so appalled with how dirty the room was, on my way back to the desk there were a couple doors open of other rooms that looked just as filthy. Needless to say I did not want to stay at this motel no matter how tired I was and I was very road tired! I did get my money back.

The room was clean each day and everything worked in the room. It would have been nice to have a room on the floor level, because it was hard for me to breath at that altitude. My husband and I were glad to see the convenience of the food places and the convenience of going in and out the hotel without problems. It would have been nice to see the TV with AV access because we have brought our video player maybe when I return next year it would be accessible, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

For * with a coupon, we got a sparsely furnished room with blood stains on the comforter, no clock, and no t.v. channel guide. The continental breakfast had VERY little choice between two cereals and two types of donuts. We ate at the Waffle House next door, instead.

There is nothing I liked. It felt dirty and uncomfortable, no coffee maker, Kleenex, amenities, etc. This was an awful experience. The motel had no attention to ordinary comfort.

Can't think of anything. Room was not ready 2 hrs after check in, left valuables in room and have not recieved phone call for return of items. When we arrived the room was wide open and room not cleaned from previous guests. Took 2 hours for room to be cleaned. This was well after check in time. Room key did not work, I had left some items in room after I had checked out, when arrived home I had called the Roadway Inn and she assured me she would call the next day to get information to send me my items. No one has called me and now they state they cannot find the items. I am severely disappointed with the treatment we received while staying at this hotel. We will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

House keeping made beds & brought towels. Staff said, "no" to every request including "do you supply kleenex & are there more doughnets available?" The staff enjoyed answering no to every request we made. The room had a strong odor. The room was too light to sleep without stuffing newspapers around curtains to block the outside lights. There was not Kleenex, coffee pots, or hair dryers. Breakfast food ran out before 8 a.m. Very disappointing at best.

Families living at the hotel were very rude and up all night partying. Kids were running and screaming at 2 am and people still coming in at 4am. They would put out rolls and the people living there would hurry and take them to their rooms and the tray was never refilled. In three mornings we never had breakfast.

It was right next to the waffle house. Ants in the bathroom. There were 4 people behind the desk, 1 worker and 3 very important people that could not do any work. This was pow-wow weekend, the place was full of people celebrating that event.

Parking in front of rooms. Stale smoke smell, room by stairway, broken shower, bad breakfast, and bedspread had burn holes and very noisy heater/AC. The staff was friendly, the rooms need repair broken showerhead and broken door hinge plus the heater/AC sounded like a motorcycle right outside window. The room smelled very bad, even for smokers. Continental breakfast was boxed donuts, fruit loops, not very tasty.
