The room had a strong odor. The bathroom looked like it was very old....there are a of nicer places to stay in the area. Staff was friendly

It had individual outside entrances to each room. The room smelled like cat urine. The hotel was relatively clean in appearance. It smelled like cat urine and the showers floor was slanted like an upside down pyramid so you slid toward the drain. The shower was not safe.

The rooms are so small we kept bumping into each other.The toliet was so low to the floor.The shower was so small when i tried to wash my back i kept hitting my elbow.The room stunk so bad i went though 2 cans of air freshner in 24 hours.No iron or ironing board in room went to get one from the front desk the iron was big as my hand and the portable ironing board was broke.There was no fresh coffee and if i wanted ice in the middle of the night i had to wait for someone to buzz me in to the office.We will not be staying there again not for any price not even for free!

Room was clean and a good size especially considering the price. We stayed in room with two standard beds. The room also had a table. Not to far away from the main Atlantic City strip probably a 10 minute taxi ride. I would stay there again during my next visit to Atalantic City. Very nice and I would recommend.

It was close to Atlantic City. Very out dated needs allot of work. I would not ever stay their again or would not recommend it to my worst enemy dirty, dingy and very out dated our room was around the back and poor lighting housekeepers banging on the door at 5:15 in the afternoon wanting to clean. We had been gone since 6:30 AM wanted to nap for a big night on the town. They were rude.

Well forst i made the mistake of accidentally booking a smoking room, that was my error...so we got in the room & i almost vomited (& i am a smoker). it was a nasty stale cigarette smell, but it also smelled like wet dog on top of it...well i asked for a new room & the guy behind the counter was really nice & gave us a non-smoking room...that also stunk...we tolerated it tho. it just smelled old...we only were staying 2 nights & it was only for sleeping so we dealt with it...the mini fridge was plugged into an outlet with the light, so when we shut the light switch (on the wall) off it also shut off the fridge. we didnt find that out until morning when our drinks were warm. well the 2nd day we left the switch on, so the fridge stayed running & left for our day & the cleaning personnel ended up shutting it off, so our drinks were warm again...the only good thing about this hotel was it took about 5 minutes to get to the casino's...Next time we will be trying one of the other hotels in the area.

I choose this hotel based on an affordable price and I was not happy with the condition of the room, bathtub and extra blankets. The sign said newly renovated rooms and I must have had a room that was not.

If all you need is a clean, neat place to sleep for a night or 2 the Rodeway Inn Absecon is good for the money. Not many ameneties, but frig, microwave and hair dryer were all we needed. The only thing we missed was a bathtub. But the shower sufficed. Nice place.

The manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly. The room smelled like cat pee, they put us in the back of the hotel, very scary looking and run down back there they had to fix the shower no pressure. It is in desperate need of a makeover the rooms are old and smelly, the comforter had holes in it. It did have a decent television and cable, phone access, and friendly staff. I wouldn't stay again though.
