If I knew that this hotel was part of Days Inn I would have not booked it at all. The room was clean. The wall paper in the bathroom was pealing off and the ceiling was very low with stained ceiling tiles. The balcony furniture was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I won't stay there again and suggest to anyone else that for a few more dollars you can stay somewhere better.

All the rooms have a great view of the river from balcony. The bed was too soft and the shower. Quit little motel on the river with a great balcony view of the river. A great relaxing place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine late at night. The motel is within walking distance to downtown and is a quick exit to neighboring town and other attractions. If you are looking for price this is the place.

Staff was nice & helpful. Pool sucked cause it wasn't heated or clean or sanitary. Hot tub...waterless...looked like a dirty empty toilet bowl. Fresh towels to clean up every need. Wicked awesome balcony...perfect for microwavable romantic lunches! River views that made it rather peaceful & helped us find our center. Cable = good...but the channel guild was all funky. Breakfast was good...if you wake up on time...which we did once. [people looked at me funny for carrying out so much food...yummy!] There's a mall close with outdoor dip & dots machines...in case you need a midnight snack. Convenient location...you can walk like...anywhere. There's a Shell across the street if you want milk for oreos & didn't bring any. The layout of our room was kinda funny...the sink was right in front of you when you walked in. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE!!! DEFINATELY WOULD STAY AGAIN!!!

My wife & I went for a one-night get-a-way. The hotel had an amazing view, great fireplace, and heated floors in the bathroom. The only downside is that the facility hasn't been renovated recently. Older fixtures, but in great condition.

Very clean and the staff was nice. Nothing. The room was clean. The staff was nice and there is continental breakfast in the morning. It's not right in town so there is not a lot of noise. I loved it. I will stay again my next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rocky Waters Inn. The staff was so fiendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well equiped for our Christmas Vacation. We will be going back next year.

The Gatlinburg Rocky Waters Inn is not an inn on a quiet river near down town Gatlinberg. The Inn was part of the Days Inn motel chain, our room overlooked a small stream and the main road into Gatlinburg, very noisey day and night. There was no major restaurant near the motel. It would take at least a very long walk (about a mile) to the famous Gatlinburg Hill. The result, every time we went out we had to take the car and fight traffic.

Balcony, fireplace and locations to attractions. Astale smell, probably from the fireplace. I would encourage anyone visiting the attractions in Gatlinburg to consider staying in this hotel with excellent hospitality and flexibility. We had to change our plans suddenly, and accommodations were make immediately to meet our needs. Very comfortable, affordable, clean and extra conveniences in the room.

The place was just ok. Pool was cold, food minimal. I got a good deal through a third party, but the staff, except for one young man on night shift, pretty much let you know you were an inconvenience. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff was so aloof.

The only good thing I can say about this Hotel was the that the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small and the room needs to be updated. The view of the river was ok but our room faced the street and the noise was really too much. The carpet in the inter lobby was dirty and needs to be replaced. The staff was not very friendly and did not welcome us when we arrived. I can defintely say we will not stay at this Hotel again!

Very clean room. Bathroom very small. I would stay here again even though it's a little bit of a walk from the main dwontown area.

We love this motel. You have your own balcony over looking the Little Pigeon River. And you can hear the river running. Some ducks flew in and that was neat. We had a problem with the tv and the guy at the front desk brought us another. Very prompt. Very satisfied with that. It is a cozy motel. The rooms are not real big, but just the right size for us. this was the 2nd time we have stayed there. And we will return. We like the location. Just before downtown and away from the crowd. The only negative, they need more rolling carts for taking things to your room. It is hard if you have alot going up the ramps. You are only about 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. And minutes from downtown. Don't let the outside fool you. It is a nice place. Very clean and Friendly. Hillbilly golf right across the street. I highly recommed this motel.

Rocky Water "Inn and Suites" is VERY misleading. This is NOT the name of the motel. It's Rocky Waters Motor Inn. There seems to be very little upkeep to the place. I was there with my husband and 2 year old son. We were very uncomfortabe every time we entered the building to use the elevater. It's very dark and drabby. (Thank you for concealed weapons permits!) The continental breakfast every morning consisted of 2 week old donuts, hard biscuits, and few bagels. The bathroom is for small people ONLY!!! It's a half mile to town and costs about the same as the NICE places located in the heart of downtown. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay here again.

The Rocky Waters Inn and Suites was a great place to stay during our trip to Gatlinburg. The hotel was in a great location to downtown shopping and attractions. The room was spacious and very clean with a balconie overlooking the mountain stream. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker, and the hotel had a laundry facility. The staff were very nice and helpful and treated us like we had stayed there before. Parking was nice and secure with ample parking spots and well lit at night. We are planning another trip to Gatlinburg in September, and will highly consider staying again at the Rocky Waters Inn and Suites.

I liked the private balconies and entrance. Very clean NA. I liked this hotel. It was very clean. The fireplace, private balconies and entrance was really nice. I would stay there again. It was not in the busy section of town which was also nice.

Just to let the public know: No Suites are available for smokers! Wanted to visit in December and could not reserve a smoking suite(only wood could burn in the fireplace) Hot tub was out of order on top of that. Our business will go elsewhere being they dont let smokers stay in the suites!

Staff was very helpful, we liked the pool area. Entry and exit into traffic from the motel. Very clean, the bed was very nice, Iwould stay there again.

Hotel is old smelly and run down. It is located in the darkest most run down part of town. The "river" is a wide ditch, and the highway is on the other side of it. Pool and spa nasty and unusable. Breakfast consists of stale bagels or frosted flakes. Office staff uncaring and unhelpful. Don't waste your money on this place.
