The Hotel-Rochester is a very good 4 Star Hotel. The Location on a side street 3 blocks off of the Champs Elysees. The service is always professional. A very Good Stay!

The location can't be beat - a mere two blocks from the Champs. Close to everywhere you want to go to. Concierge staff is super-knowledgeable and helpful. They speak English which was quite a relief. The breakfast was fine, it was included in the rate, but I would not have paid * Euro daily had it not been included. Walls are somewhat thin - we had noisy neighbors who liked to slam doors and we heard it all. Elevators small - three adults cannot ride comfortably. I had none of the issues w/cleanliness that others seemed to experience - it seemd quite clean. It would be almost perfect if it had room service and/or a bar. All in all, I recommend this hotel for its location and staff, and would visit again!

The location was good, close to the Champs-Elysees. The hotel looked nice and clean but when I went to bed I started getting ichy. I got up and had a lot of bites. I only stayed one night.

it was in an area that was close to buses and walking distance to everything. Food was did not eat here, clean large room, nice service.

"The triple room was very huge and clean. Staff was courteous, spoke English and provided good recommendations. However, cleaning staff would slam doors early in morning, making sleeping in tough."

Not only are you in Paris, but you're in a wonderful hotel filled with people who want to help you have a great time. They'll speak any language, they'll recommend activities (and get you there and back)...nothing was too big or small for them. They even have umbrellas for those rainy Paris afternoons. Sure the carpeting could be newer, and the coffee a little better, but the room size, the hotel amenities and those fab concierges more than made up. Great for first timers, and those who want a perfect location...and maybe a little help while they are in the City of Light."

The hotel is very good, and what is better, just steps away from a metro station. The staff is very helpful and nice. I definitely recommend.

"We found the triple room at this charming hotel quite large by european standards. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were also very good. The besr part is that although located a stone's throw away from major sights , shopping and restaurants, the rooms were quiet,facing a courtyard. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Just two blocks from the Champs Elysees on a quiet side street, the Hotel Rochester is not only in a perfect location, but it's also great place to stay. The rooms were clean and efficient, the marble bath was very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Our only regret was that we didn't spend our entire Paris vacation at this hotel."

"The hotel was clean, quiet, well staffed and close to everything. Our triple room was larger than expected and very pleasant. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The lack of a restaurant was a minor drawback. The best feature for this hotel was its proximity to the Champs Elysees, shopping and other tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Finding an adequate triple or larger room in a lmajor european city at a reasonable rate is always a challenge. This hotel meets it admirably. Our triple room was big, clean, attractively decorated (including the bathroom), and in a fantastic location near the Champs Elysees, at the very reasonable price of $* or so per night for a 4 star hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, and a metro station less than 1 block away were the icing on the cake. Highly recommended for business or leisure travel. "
