The welcome was very warm from the staff. I didn't like the broken toilet and clogged shower drain. I would not visit or recommend this hotel. Instead of taking advantage of quality time with my husband, we were plunging toilets and constantly cleaning the tub due to the backed up shower drain. We were in need of washing towels because they ran out due to a broken dryer. The faculty then began to cut larger towels in place of the wash rags. Please do not recommend!

Large room (suite) and friendly front desk staff. Fairly worn, andsoiled. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was fairly worm but very large. The facilities were adequate. The pool area looked nice. The room we were in had a kitchenette and it appeared well appointed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sub-par, rubbery eggs. It was a very moderate hotel. I guess that is to be expected during tourist season.

Check in and out was easy. Room was somewhat cramped, one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty. Adequate for a single night stay, but somewhat overpriced. Would not want to stay more than two nights here.

Staff. I also like their policy on towels/sheets to save water/environment. Rooms could be a little bit cleaner, but it was fair. Loved the staff. Loved the check in with ease. Very very helpful front desk. Honest, willing to help folks. Could not be beat for it. Great internet in the room for work and work station. Pillows very comfortable. I have not had so much plentiful andf courteous staff help in such a long time.

The location was perfect for all of the Fort Myers attractions we visited. Room was small and cramped. Hotel was a very nice facility, very clean, great location, staff was very friendly, free continental breakfast was very good.

Roach in hotel room, and trash in hallways. This is an older hotel. There was a German Cockroach in our room. The sink drained poorly. There was trash in the hallway. The carpets were stained. The walls are thin. The full breakfast was minimally acceptable. This was not a 2.5 star establishment.

The staff person was friendly and made you smile. Housekeeping did not come and had to ask for fresh towels. Housekeeping closet was next to my room. The door was always open and dirty dishes are piled in there.

Staff was friendly. Room setup was nice for family/almost dual room/suite set up. A little run down, did not have extra pillows or blankets, extra sheets were not even folded. No coffee pot. Looks like someone punched bath door. It would have been nice to know that we were put in a smoking room. When we did find out, we were told that they were overbooked and there was not much they could do. It was strange to see they still had VCR in their rooms. Was expecting more.

Nothing. When we first arrived, we waited for 22 minutes for the front desk person to show up. (He was unplugging a toilet). After checking-in, we went to our room and found hair on our pillow. Twice throughout our stay we needed to unplug toilets in different locations. The kids all wore socks, because the carpet were nasty. The breakfast lacked taste and was microwaved. The waffle machine was broken. None of the guest observed at anything.

Very convenient to our realtor's office in Cape Coral. Ice machines not working on our floor or the floor below ours. Had to go down 2 floors to find a working ice machine. Small room and only a small seating area. Adequate for our purposes since we did not spend any time in the room other than sleeping and showering.

Nothing! Did not clean hallways, elevators. Found roaches. Ice machine was broken for 4 days on the 4th floor. Our room was not cleaned one day. Killed a roach in the bathroom one night. Found sand in one of the beds upon arrival. Who would be stupid enough to go back to this hotel.

Attractiveness of decor - room, hallways, entrance; and safe neighborhood. Room was not serviced day after we arrived - no one made beds or cleaned bathrooms. Attractively decorated. Nice variety of breakfast items. Family oriented. There needs to be a sign in room telling guests what to do with used towels - put on floor if want new ones or hang up if willing to use again.
