The Bend Riverside Motel has a great location within walking distance of downtown and right on the river. Very relaxing. The room had a kitchen that was nicely stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The gas fireplace was a nice touch on cold nights. The exterior upkeep needs a little attention as hallways were dirty and paint was peeling.

Loved the view of the Deschutes River from the room and the convenience of having a kitchen. Convenient location, close to parks and downtown. Bed was OK and the room was clean.

Great staff-well supplied kitchens over the river. Large clean comfortable rooms. Be sure to get riverview rooms at great rates

Location and cleanliness. Paid for two queen beds, got one and an unmade fold-out couch. Also, the office staff was not very helpful. This hotel was located next to the river within blocks of downtown. The room was clean although the second bed was a couch fold-out. The staff wasn't very helpful overall. The river access was limited. I would rate this a maybe two star hotel.

The room had a horrible view to the road on one side ( noisy one at that) and the rest of the hotel rooms off the deck. The chairs on the deck were dirty, the room was not as clean as I would have liked it. No hairdryers, and only a small bar of soap for a shower. Access to the room wasn't user friendly either, after climbing the stairs...there is a weird ramp that goes down to the room.....odd...The room smelled musty and even when we opened the slider, which was not an easy thing to do, fresh air was hard to come by. Not a pleasant visit for us.

Clean, close to downtown good fares. Door left unlocked twice in my absence. Its a great place to stay.

We were very disappointed this motel was so filty. The airconditioner blew accross our bed right into the face. I was smelling dirty feet smell on the sheets and realized the next morning that the previous people must have slept with their head at the foot of the bed. I slept with a towel under my head and one over my face so that I could get some sleep. It appears clean but was discusting. I would never recommend such a place to anyone...even if it is affordable.

not a suite, the room has old broken down furniture, the bath needs updating, the carpets were old and stained. We've had better with the same internet deal for less money.

The motel had 2 sections. The units on the river are in great condition, very clean. The non river buildings are no longer part of the property. The river suites,studios and cottages are great. Rooms numbered 200-334 on the river are well equiped except for hairdryers."
