Are the other reviewers deaf? This hotel is next to a major on ramp for a cross city bridge. I had traffic 20 feet from my window all night. If you don't believe how close it is, look at google maps picture, or the hotels own picture of the pool. The white railing on the left is the guard rail of the road. I have stayed at hotels on busy roads before, but never one where the road is level with my window! Nosiest ever! (otherwise, rooms are clean, staff unhelpful. As long as you are deaf it would be fine)

We were in Brisbane for a concert at Suncorp Stadium. The hotel was ideally located for us to walk to the venue.

My apartment was spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly, although they seemed a bit reluctant to do more than the minimum. Internet was the usual hotel rip off--29 AUD a day for only an ethernet cable because my particular room was a weak spot for wireless (according to the telephone helpline).

This hotel is next to a major highway, and currently numerous construction sites and industry. Noise is a major deterrent from ever using this hotel again and the pricing is considerably expensive in comparison to other hotels in the surrounding area.

OK hotel on the south bank. Not a scenic as being in the CBD, but a functional hotel. The soap/lotion/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom need to be in better shape and better maintained. They look old and dirty. Bring your own soap!

This hotel is very convenient for South Bank - theatres, art gallaries etc. It is basic but comfortable enough and we would go there again. The aircon in our room developed a (noisy) malfunction in the middle of the night - but this was dealt with quickly by the management. We felt well looked after.

I found the reception staff extremely pleasant and accomodating. Breakfast in the restaurant next morning was also superior to most breakfast offerings. The room was great value for money for a location so close to the CPD. Well done and thank you

This hotel is great value for money. Within easy walking distance of all of the Southbank venues and most of the rest of Brisbane CBD. The staff was friendly and the motel style room was clean and quiet. Parking was free. Would use the hotel again.

Hotel was well located, clean, and easy to find. I appreciated the well-priced deal, good breakfast table, and efficient, friendly staff. There were no hassles whatsoever, and the one big plus is that the hotel actually provides a large, "no extra charge" lock-up off street parking facility, something that other inner city hotels promise but invariably can't provide because their undersized carpark 'facilities' are already full, or alternatively they charge extra for. We will go back!
