This hotel exceeded our expectations for elegance and business needs. Our company held a very large meeting here and the staff, chef, and facilities provided all the souther charm and elegance needed for our clients.

The stay itself was great! The room was very luxurious and the aquarium in the lobby is beautiful! The only problem I had with my stay was the staff. Almost everyone was a little rude and I think they forgot that they were only there because we stay there to give them jobs. They acted like we were an inconvenience. The only acception to this was the concierge. She was very friendly and helpful! Las Olas itself is very nice! Loved the fact that all the shops were so close!

The location. The room was outdated, expensive parking. Friendly staff, clean, could use a makeover.

Very friendly and accommodating! Restaurants are kind of expensive, food is good. Neighborhood is good but very upscale. I can't say enough about how friendly they were at this hotel. We came in early because of our cruise and they were very accommodating and allowed us in our room very early. I cant even express how much that meant to us! We were so tired. This hotel is gorgeous. Wonderful beds and very clean. Nice and roomy! The concierge was AWESOME, so friendly.

Front desk upgraded me to a deluxe room with view. Phone charges too high. Checked in around 6pm with a toddler in arms, and front desk clerk upgraded me to the main part of the hotel. Received a room with a view of the New River. King bed, comfortable. Huge room. Window that opened to view. Bathroom fit for a queen.

Ambience. No WiFi in room. Elegance from an earlier era still attracting modern travelers with comfort, beauty and Southern charm. The Riverside Hotel graces the New River, flowing through Ft Lauderdale.

Clean & pillows. No continental breakfast, have to pay for parking. The hotel offered a middle class family a great start to a vacation, but with unexpected costs associated with the stay. $50 breakfast for a family of 5 when we were expecting a free continental breakfast. Parking cost $18 per vehicle per night.

Excellent, attentive staff. Room furnishings and fixtures a bit dated. I would stay here again because of the convenience, price, location, and staff. I wish the hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport.

Great small boutique type hotel, great staff. No wireless internet in all the rooms. Great hotel in the heart of Downtown Ft Lauderdale. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was super clean, bathroom was amazing, great water pressure to be expected in older hotels. Would definitely stay there again. No wireless in all the rooms, which was a bit of a pain, wireless should be a standard its more important than at TV in a room these days.

Not impressed. Had to call and have returned personal property that was taken from the room by the staff. The next day the room was not made up and when we returned at 10:00 pm exhaustedfinding the beds not made etc it was disturbing. All in all would not stay at this property again. Great food, great area just not impressed at all with the hotel.

Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. No vending machines available for soft drinks. Nice hotel, very clean. Friendly staff. Dining and shopping just steps outside the door. Felt very safe. Very nice choice for a pre or post cruise stay. Hotel provided van transport to the pier (for a fee) for about the same cost as a taxi. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was large and bed was comfortable. Hotel is nice with friendly staff. The parking is conveniently located across the street with an elevator for easy access to the hotel. The room is large and comfortable. The older part of the building smells musty and old.
