What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast included in booking price. Fruit, cereals, and a seven-item hot breakfast from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. This is served in our cafe.
What transport is available to get around?: Depending on the time of year, local bus services run from the car park 100 yards away.
What can I do nearby?: We are on the river/sea front in Exmoor National Park on the south west coastal path so the main entertainment is walking or touring by car.

Within a few hundred yards level walking we have the sea, river and freshwater fishing, surfing sea conditions allowing. There are a number of restaurants/pubs and car parks within 100 yards level walk and we are in the centre of Lynmouth so all the shops are on our
doorstep. Walks from our front door can be a leisurely stroll or a stiff walk for as far as you want. We are approximately 20 miles from any large town in any direction.

Close by (around 20 miles) we have horse riding, Dunster Castle, and a number of National Trust houses and gardens. Exmoor Zoo mainly involved with conservation and it also has a petting enclosure for children. There's also the Woody Bay Steam Railway 1/3 gauge and West Somerset Railway full size steam railway.
Do you have internet?: Wi-Fi and it's free.
Do you provide parking?: Street parking has a two hour limit which starts at 10:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm. This means that if you park at 4:00 pm, you do not have to move until 12 noon the next day. There are no restictions on street parking from 1st November to Good Friday the following year. There are car parks close by 200 yards level walk and we sell discount car park tickets for £3.00 per 24 hours which is approximately a 40% saving and can be used in all Lynton and Lynmouth car parks including the local tourist points like Valley of Rocks and Watersmeet.
