My trip to the Oregon Coast and Astoria was a last minute decision, so my motel options were very limited.In fact the Rivershore was the only place I could find a room available within my budget. The hotel room was very smelly, not very clean, and is long overdue for a make over. The only bright spot is its location to some nice eating establishments.

It was convenient for my needs. One night, close to my job. Staff was great. No complaints. If you are in need of a comfortable room for the night, this is it. Close to the road, helpful staff and great value. As a woman traveling alone, I felt secure here.

The Astoria Rivershore Motel was convenient and easy to locate. We asked for a two-room kitchenette suite and the room was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully equiped, there was a table big enough to serve around, and the rooms had a door in between for privacy. We had a pretty view of the Columbia river and the motel was walking distance to several restaurants. The only problem we had with the motel was road noise.

Nothing. We ride motorcycles they were very rude. This hotel is very dirty and rude people working the desk. Their is no parking.

This room was the only one we could find on the coast for the 4th of July weekend. We planned on staying on the beach all day and just needed a place for a few hours sleep. Check in was fine the room was clean. It is located on a busy street so it was a little loud with traffic. If on a budget this place was fine

It was close to a lot of restaurants. Mold in the bathroom. Bed was highly uncomfortable. The bed was squeaky and tended to migrate off the box springs.

Not a bad price, but still expensive given the quality. We later found out that there were other discounts available in the same vicinity, but were not advertised on Orbitz.

Cost. Maid service was horrible. Missing items affter maid service. Maid service only made bed, nothing else done.

Often stay there on business. Not a vacation-type motel. Probably wouldn't take my wife there, but it works fine if you just need a place to sleep.

The heater was sadly deficient. It took hours to get the room to a reasonably comfortable level. Otherwise it was exactly what you'd expect for a room at this price level

I had a roof over my head on my vacation. Staff was rude, there wasn't enough parking for all guests. This motel will not inform you that there may not be enough parking until its too late. You'll come back from dinner and a sign will be in the window telling you to park at Subway and to get up in the morning early so you can move your car before it gets towed.
