The hotel offers nice spacious suites which are great for families, and located close to the slopes of Loon. However, with the shuttle now NOT running now during the week, it's somewhat less convenient.

The carpet was not vacuumed well---same thread on carpet second day. The linens were thin and did not stay on the mattress. When I reported that the toilet had overflowed, the woman at the front desk came up and handed me a plunger. I told her that I didn't do plumbing, and she said she had to get back to the front desk and left. There needs to some kind of maintenance person on duty all the time.

The Rivergreen Resort appeared good at first when we checked in initially. We had a no smoking room and it seems who ever was there first was smoking in there, the hotel did not ionize or get rid of the smell before we checked in, the shower was hardly had any pressure, the remote control on TV was not working and the TV was very old and had a poor picture. We told the front desk what the problems were with our room, and no one tried to solve these problems. We requested another room but they never gave it to us. There is no restaurant in this hotel either. The only thing good about this hotel is the location, otherwise I would not recommend this hotel. There are better hotels in the area.This was a big dissapointment.

I booked this hotel through its own site after finding it in this one. Several ammenities listed were not actually avaiable. When I pointed this out to the hotel staff they fixed it and put a fridge and microwave in our room. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing. We used the pool quite a few times and although it was a bit cool for a heated pool we enjoyed it. The was a shortage of pool towels. The great room was nice as was the outside seating area which had grills you could use. Near the great room was a room with coffee and a microwave anyone could use so if you get a room on the pool end of the building you are pretty much all set. We were on the other side and it would have been a bit of a walk. We had an issue with one of our keycards that kept demagnetizing but they gave us a new one without a problem. The staff was pleasant. Cleaning left much to be desired but they sent some one back when we mentioned it. The hotel is in a good location near a pharmacy, supermarket, resteraunts and shopping .

We had our entire family with us - parents, kids and their kids and everyone was comfortable. There was enough privacy that everyone was very satisfied.

THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, MISSING LIGHT BULBS,SOME OF THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET DID NOT WORK.iF THE HOUSE KEEPER CAME BUT YOU WERE NOT AWAKE THEY NEVER CAME BACK. IF YOU NEED TOWELS ]BECAUSE NO ONE CHANGED THEM]YOU HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK.WHEN I THINK OF A RESORT IT IS WITH ENTERTAINMENT AND AN EATING ESTABLISHMENT ON SITE . IF YOU GO TO NEW HAMPSHIRE STAY AWAY FROM HERE.OUR WINDOW LOOKED OUT TO A BURNT OUT BUILDING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TORN DOWN A FEW YEARS AGO.

This hotel is actually a time-share where each individual unit is owned by a private concern. Our room was surprisingly small. The room is smaller than a typical hotel. A lot of these time-shares has two adjoining units, one with an efficiency kitchens and the other is essentially a bedroom. Our's was the bedroom unit which was very small. The rug was dated and dirty with stains. The furniture was dated and had water damage. Our beds were made every day but they didn't vacuum the rug or clean the bath tub every day. The great room was not available on one of the days. I would not in the future stay in any hotel that has resort next to their name.

Hotel stay was good. The hotel isn't anything fancy, but the rooms were big and comfortable. You can't beat the location. Very close to both mountain and also restaurants/bars.

"We had the two level suite. It was very nice and felt like being at home. well furnished,cozy and clean. wish there was more to do on site. being a resort you shouldnt have to leave to have fun. game room was disapointing,only a couple of pinball machines. We expected to be able to have a foosball game or a game of pool. anyway the people at the frount desk were very nice and helpfull. also you need more lighting on the way in to the resort. we arived at night and felt like we were going into the woods on a dirt path."

This hotel is great for large groups. The bed itself was large and there was a pull out bed as well as a couch in the Queen Suite. The TV was pretty low quality, there was only one ice machine in the whole hotel all the way by the check in desk, and they were very strict with checkin/out times, but besides that, the room itself was pretty nice. It certainly wasn't anything fancy and like I said, its great for large groups needing somewhere to crash after a day of skiing, but not for a couple or anything romantic.

We pulled up to the hotel, police at the check-in counter. Fighting had occured and the police needed to be called. The front desk clerk was rudest customer service person I have ever seen. Our room was pitiful horrible, unkept and very small. You travel down a long narrow hallway and into a dump. We checked out immediatly.

Really uncomfortable mattress that we couldn't stay another night. Relatively Friendly staff. No Kings all two doubles. Tennis courts are a weed wacker test site! As others have said the great room and pool are nice.

Hotel is right in the heart of Lincoln, NH and was convenient to everything we were doing. Our trip consisted of 2 days of long bike rides and the hotel was very accomodating to us and our bikes. I'm sure they are used to this with the ski crowd. The room was not much more than a dorm, but we didn't need more than that. The bathroom had a HUGE jacuzzi. There is a great room (common area) where you can do your own cooking.

River green resort Lincoln NH was very comfortable for stay summer season. I liked bathroom with 'zacuci' whirlpool. But summerseason there is no dining and entertainment.
