We stayed during a period of extreme weather (i.e., several snow storm before and after our arrival). The room was warm and comfortable. Maintenance outside, however, seemed lacking and we wondered about the liability over leaving sidewalks covered with ice and parking lots slick and uncared for. Although we never fell, it was questionable at times and seemed like a little sand or snow melt could have solved a potential problem. We also noticed a smokey smell in the hallways when we walked to and from our no smoking room environment. The price, on the other hand, was reasonable for the accommodations when compared with other locations in the Post Falls/Coeur d'Alene area. Our greatest disappointment was finding the adjacent outlet mall 90 percent vacant.

The swimming pool. Front desk staff could use a friendliness course. Not pleasant! The hotel it self was clean and kept up very well, but as for the front desk workers I believe if they speak to everyone like they did to us and my sister in law that stayed there also, I do not believe we would recommend it to anyone. thank god for the pool!

The beds are like a piece of plywood. Hard, hard, hard! The pillows are like flat pancakes. Even stacking up the two they give you didn't make one decent pillow. The rooms are very small. I had to move to the side of the toile in order to close the bathroom door. The kids went into the pool and the bottom of the pool is so rough that both of my boys actually came out with bleeding toes! If you stay there, take an egg crate foam with you for the bedtop, your own pillows and water socks for your feet to be able to use the pool. This place needs some major renovations and some money spent on the beds and pillows.

This hotel was everything we were looking for. Nice area, very quiet andfriendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, I would recomend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing stay, away from the busy area of the town.

This hotel is brutal. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable - like a box spring with out a mattress on it. On the second night we were there we had noticed a gigantic spider, which the maid staff thought was a brown recluse (we later found out that it turned out to be a female hobo spider). The maid had informed us that this is the third incident in room 120. After requesting we move, we had problems with the front desk. There was no apology by the staff and no effort to fumigate the room. They put new people in right away. Obviously they have a problem. We called for a late check out - which is about 1 hour later - we were told it was okay. In the morning, the front desk was complaining about the late check out time. The front desk's attitude was very rude and their compassion was nonexistent. Personally, I would never stay here again and I advise you not to either.
