I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful marina view from my room. The decor was lovely. Room was very clean and the Internet and desk allowed me to work in comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I would not rate as top notch is the dining. A bit pricey, the cafe had a limited menu and prices were a bit high for cafe dining. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Overall the hotel was in a convenient location for our itinerary but the snobby service at the front desk left a sour note. The suites were large and beds comfortable. Although it was supposed to be a non smoking room, there was smoke residue throughout the hotel - probably goes with the casino clientele. We stayed out of the casino based on other reviews we read. One plus is the hotel did not charge a premium to exchange USD for CAD. Concierge was very helpful.

I was emailing them since Jan about staying there, in the middle of communcation they just stopped writing back, the hotel should be glad I actually wanted to stay there and lived in the same city or they would have lost a customer. Check in staff was terrible, they semi messed up my reservations and wanted to charge me more to change them. The girl was really rude and didn't explain anything about the hotel or policies. I had to ask three times for one thing to get changed in my rooms and it took till 6 at night to get done even though I asked at 12 that afternoon. The rooms were great, beds were really soft. The two bedroom suite was really big, fit 10 friends in it for games. The casino was amazing. The staff at the bar learned my name and would call me by it and wished me happy birthday lots of times and waved by when we left. The casino staff was a lot nicer then the hotel staff. Went to Runway 27 for dinner. Was amazed at the food choices, was really busy which was a turn off but the food made up for this. Overall a really good stay just wished the front staff would have done a better greeting to me and to my 10 guests.

"The stated rate of is almost a deal,but 24/7 casino isn't free! Food was the quality of a shopping mall food court, price of the movie theatre. Poker. Craps. Waterslide pool. Spa. pluses: free valet parking, wired in-room intraweb. probably won't go back based on price/value/service"
