River Place Condos Pigeon Forge

Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Show and Dollywood Amusement Park are both less than a mile from the condo complex. NASCAR Speed Park is a mile from the River Place Condos Pigeon Forge, while the Tanger Outlet Mall is four miles away. The entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is five miles away and there are a variety of restaurants in the area to choose from. Parking is available at the River Place Condos Pigeon Forge for guests.

The condos offer microwaves, refrigerators, fireplaces, jetted tubs, desks, and balconies. The balconies at the River Place Condos Pigeon Forge provide scenic views of the river and mountainside. Free wireless Internet access is provided.

Guests are welcome to hop into the seasonal outdoor pool on the premises, or picnic on the river by the River Place Condos Pigeon Forge. Pets currently are not allowed. The minimum age to check-in is 18; a major credit card and driver’s license is required. There is a $30 cleaning fee. There is a meeting facility available on the property that can accommodate up to 100 people.
