I did not like this hotel stay. I felt that the room was dirty. There was no parking for the guest. Aside from the hotel price if you wanted to park your car valet parking was available for $25. ,which to me just did not seem good at all. I wouldn't mind paying if the service was good and the rooms were clean.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable. Valet parking is $25 per night, the hotel does not have a parking lot. There is a public parking lot across the street but good luck getting in. The hotel has a nice view of the river. There was no breakfast offered.

the hotel has a look on the inside that shows it was once a great downtown location. over the years, and perhaps a few changes of ownership, the hotel has lost some of its luxury and could use some updating of the rooms furniture. ther is a club that is open on friday nights downstairs in the hotel thats awesome! the hotels dinning was average. it reminded me of a denny's or bob evans, and the food was always hot and fresh. there was a waitress who was very polite and thoughtful. over all, for 68 bucks a night and your in miami, there are some much worse locations you can lay your head im sure. if your on a budget, or want to save those extra bucks to shop or party with, this is your destination!

The Staff Was Very Unprofessional , Dint Seem like They care, Their Idea of Breakfast was was Cornbread & Coffee, Their Aiport Driver Tried to Charged us 30$ To get To the Airport When cabs Do it for 20$ 1 Elevator Dint Work, It was okay Location if u want to be FAR AWAY From the Beach , its a 20 cab ride to the beach each way, The Curtains in the Room were Ugly, THE WIRELESS INTERNET DINT WORK!!! I coulnt believe that one..when it did work it was so slow, They Have a Bar That Was Never Open, A Piano In the Lobby That they locked , so i guess its just for show ..I woulnt Recommend...Go Next Door To HYATT!

After reading the reviews, I was scared of this hotel. However, when I got there the room was quite nice. Clean, and much bigger than my friends place at the Hyatt Regency next door. Equipped with all the amenemities, like coffee machine, iron, cups, ice maker outside, etc. Okay view too. I would say this place is equal to a Motel 6.

Very unfriendly staff. Free internet works only in lobby. Urine smell on 2nd floor looby. Worst breakfast. They call Juice & coffee as continental breakfast.

From the website this hotel looks fine; from the inside, it's one of the scariest places I've ever been. You don't have access to parking; you have to valet which costs and extra *. The rooms while somewhat spacious are dirty, poorly lit, have no TV remotes, etc. The restaurant was awful, and the hotel is in a very unsafe part of Miami. I would look elsewhere for rooms.

They have 25$ valet parking. I knew about that no complaints.. but I believe the guy damaged the car, because we did not tip him well??? But there was a dent in the back bumper. Because of the location and marks, I believe it was not an accident and deliberate.

The hotel staff was rude, the location is terrible (on a small strip right off the highway), the rooms were unclean and the safety level was questionable.

We basically just slept in the room. We were out touring Miami and South Beach during the stay. Didn't like the location of the hotel because there was absolutely no parking. You have to valet your car so the flexibility to go in and out is limited.

The suite was huge, but a bit shabby. The valet parking guy spun the wheels on our Towncar and drove carelessly. Few amenities in room (no remote for one of the TVs, no stationery etc.). It was okay; not great, not the worst.

When we got to the hotel, we found out it was $25 a night to park. We got to the room and the bed was hard as can be, at least 15 years old along with what little furniture there was in the room. We immediately cancelled reservation and left.

We (8 people) were going on a cruise the next day and need a hotel near the port. The price was right and the location was great - near the port and Bayside (a shopping/eating/entertainment spot)so we had a place to go for fun. The rooms were dated but clean. The continental breakfast included a cup of coffee and croisants. The hotel needs remodeling!!! If you're looking for inexpensive, and as we needed a place close to the port, for an overnight, this is fine. However, I would not recommend it as a weekend getaway place or for an extended stay.

"This is quite possible the worst hotel I have had the displeasure to stay in. The furnishings were beat up, the bathroom dirty, the food in the cafe pathetic. Oh yeah, the service was awful too."

The beds were really stiff and uncomfortable, there were blood stains on the sheets, the toilet didn't work properly and the Hotel seemed like it was run down. Continental breakfast was a joke, tang and a croissant, one per person if you make it down stairs between 8 am and 9 am... But location was very close to the Port of Miami.

"The shuttle service which was advertised as both ways was not.We found out as we stood in line for an hour waiting. The service was poor, they were unable to cash a $20 travels cheque.We waited for our room 3 hours as other guest checked in after we arrived.The area the hotel is in is very scary. The hotel is under repairs. The restraunt was closed."

Cheap compared to other ones in the neighborhood. No bugs as far as I could see. Clean bathroom. A little run down but certainly worth the saved money! Staff was quite nice too.
