price was right. Wouldn't stay there again.

The people were friendly and it was conveniently located, clean. The front desk hours. The outside was not that attractive. Nice place to sleep in. The lobby doesn't open until 8 am,which I didn't like too much, but they had a nice continental breakfast, the rooms were clean.

Easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Right by Ober. Clean decent room.

I read the reviews online, and decided to try this one out. I'm glad I did. I got a great rate, and went for this one. The location is great being just about 2 blocks off the main strip. The continental breakfast was somewhat limited. This is an older hotel. The elevator was out-of-service for the entire weekend. This was a small bummer. Noticed they have a bad wasp problem on the upper floor balconie. I saw wasps boring hundreds of holes in the wood flashing. The hotel needs to fix this issue! The front desk guy was okay but a little dry. This was my anniversary. For a couple wanting a quiet, romantic weekend this location was suitable. I'd stay here again,IF the rates are low enough to make this an option. Brand new hotel next door if I need to go that route.

Great location, yet very private. Needs more variety in breakfast area. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the convenience of being in walking distance of all attraction, yet also enjoys being away from the crowds.

Great location for walking downtown Gatlinburg. At the end of the parkway. Room was nothing fancy, but it had been updated and was clean. A great value!

Beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. Fireplace. Many nice features for the price. even continental breakfast. We thought the pool was suppose to be heated? It was way too cold to swim. It had many great features for the price. It was walking distance from everything in downtown Gatlinburg that we wanted to do.

Our only complaint was with the employees who were definately not friendly...don't expect southern hospitality in this place! I did like our room, room 302.The room was clean and we had a great pool view. The exterior of the hotel could use a little maintenance - new roof. We really liked the location of the hotel because it is away from most of the hustle and bustle but is an easy walk to the main strip. We would definately stay here again because it was a really good room for the money.

Location was great, close to the main attractions. Construction work outside of window. Location was awesome; but again the construction was horrible with bulldozer, drilling, etc happening early in the morning until dusk that evening. We did extend our stay for another night and received a great rate and was move a little far away from the noise. Overall the location was great.

The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff was friendly, but did not listen when we requested an extra pillow.

Guest friendly. The hotel services were closed from midnight till late in the morning.

The hotel was a good value and a good location. However, the mattress was only about 5 inches thick and the shower water was very difficult to adjust and continued to vary in temperature. The pool was enjoyable. The continental breakfast was the basic donuts, bagels and cereal.

The room was very attractive when compared to a couple of others we had stayed in that area.

Was a little wary when I walked into the lobby, seemed old, but the rooms were a good value. Easy walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg, 2 blocks from The Peddler. We stayed in the double queen, fireplace room which gave us extra space and direct access to the pool on the ground floor.

The hotel room was much more spacious than I expected. The continental breakfast did not start as early as I wanted. Great hotel and location in downtown Gatlinburg, but off the main road, big room, fireplace, TV, and great overall experience.

Only stayed one night. Would stay again. Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Very close to all attractions and price very reasonable. Older hotel but in good condition.

Friendly staff, distance to the mountain. No heating, loudness from the adjacent room. It is a cheap one, very close to the smoky mountain. The staff was friendly and helpful. But I do not recommend this one because there is no heating system. No central air-control system, no heaters in the room. It was really cold. And you can hear TV sound from the neighboring room very very clearly so that you do not have to turn yours on.

Below average but okay for cheap short stay.

Good location. Construction going on next to the hotel/ not enough parking. Hotel was nice and cozy with a fire place and a patio. Would stay there again in the future.
