Very nice location to get to the niagra falls and into the nightlife! SUPER!!!

We stayed here the last wekend in May 2009. The pool had not yet been filled/ opened. An old style motel right in the heart of everything-- right across from Niagara Falls and good restauants. The rooms have been recently remodeled with Pergo type floors. Ours had a full size fridge with sink and microwave. The bed was "average, not too comfortable" but the price was great. Outside I saw a gentleman painting the railings a more pleasing color. I'm sure the high rise hotels are MUCH more, and all we wanted was a clean room to stay the night and see the falls--very beautiful, and walk over to Outback Steakhouse for dinner, walk to breakfast, then be on our way the next morning. Not romantic--Very safe area-- Good value for travelers.

The staff members are nice and courteous. No Kitchenettes as stated only a mini fridge and small microwave. Rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but the 3 rooms i was in all smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. TV remote batteries were dead. Every little noise made by the rooms on either side can be heard. The pool is small but clean. Not a close walk to the falls, will take at least a half hour but if you pay for the transport down the hill it'll cut it down to about 15min. It's a fairly cheap place to stay but i'd recommend you pay the extra 50-100 a night and get an upscale place.

My trip wasn't enjoyable because the staff were not friendly and charged me $20 USD more than the offer was in the website, big fly found flying in the room and there was not enough towel and soup in the bathroom also the bed was pretty much noisy. The information given on the website was different then what I saw, for example there was no computer and free internet access in the room.

It is one of very few hotels in the area that provided us with refridgerator and microvawe in the room - we saved a lot eating in. It's located very close to the main attraction- Niagara Falls. We are very satisfied and will try to stay there again when visiting this area.

The curtains in the room are practically see-through! Didn't feel like there was much privacy. The floor creaked and it wasn't dirty but wouldn't call it clean either. Close to the Falls but it really wasn't worth the head lice I came home with!

There is no guide to show that this is a hotel, it is just place to sleep ovewr night. May be it is good for truck driver who arrived late in the night and want just a place to sleep.

To our suprise this Aurora which is now called Ritz Inn Niagara is really good,clean and nice. It's only 5 minutes to the New Casino and very near the Falls. Service is excellent complete facilities (fridge,TV/cable,microwave,swimming pool, wedding chapel, meeting room ) and free parking.

Staff was very polite and helpful on arrival. I was assigned my room and found that someone had been smoking in it, and staff immediately changed my room. Close to Fallsview and many restaraunts. Not the classiest joint in the world, but comfortable.
