Simply amazing service. Worth every penny. If you only go to NYC once, you have to give the Ritz a try. Best hotel stay ever.

Great RC service, room, location. It's just what you expect in an RC property. Ask for the hotel Bentley instead of a cab if you're going just a short distance. No complaints.

"Our room faced the ""courtyard,"" but it was large, elegant, and the bathroom was HUGE! Only drawback - room rate came with breakfast and they handled the tip oddly, so the second day service was as though we'd stiffed them! Still, would definitely stay there again!"

"we just got home from the most awesome trip to NYC ever. the ritz sets the standard in class and service...we loved it. the staff was unbelievable, the location was supreme, and I wanted to bring the bed home...2 words for you, egyptian cotton. we were treated like royalty and we were in walking distance of EVERYTHING!! we will never stay anywhere else."
