It was close to many of the sights we wanted to see. I did not like being pressureed to buy a time share at check-in. The room was comfortable but the bed was hard and small. There was no maid service one the weekend.

Fridge and breakfast table were convenient. This room (a studio) is really for 2 adults, not for 2 adults and 2 young kids. The receptionist at check in is really a time share sales agent. I had to say no 4 times to a sales tour just to get my room keys!

It was very nice, quiet and clean in a good location. Hotel appears a bit dated - could use some exterior renovation, however this didn't effect the quality of the stay. Many services available and very good service. The rooms were clean with nice views. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful grounds, scenery and location. Room smelled a little damp. Lovely golf course and resort location in beautiful Sedona. Close to dining and shops. My room was a studio and was adequate, if a little damp smelling (but not overwhelmingly so). Room had good sized refrigerator and micro/convection oven. Dishes and utensils were fine. Toilet was broken upon arrival but quickly repaired by friendly maintenance man. I was staying only 1 night, so I was spared the hard sell time share routine. Others were getting pressure to take the tour.

It is a time share and we were not aware of this until we arrived. It was a time share and we were not told this in advance. The staff was very pushy. It took forever to check in because they kept trying to sell the time share the entire time. I would not recommend this place unless you are looking to buy a time share.

Beautiful place. Friendly people, clean. Time share. Wanted you to tour the resort. The room was small but very clean. Staff friendly. Facilities very nice. Be prepared it is a time share and they will try and get you to tour their resort.

I was upgraded to a room with a patio. Bugs that resembled cockroaches in the bathroom. Even though this resort is a timeshare, and the check-in staff had to mention the 90-min seminar, they were not overly pushy about it. The room exceeded my expectations for style, comfort, and amenities. Would love to stay here again! I was not happy with the internet situation, however. Paying for daily wireless access is a real bummer. I bring my work with me on my laptop wherever I go, and to have to pay for access when lesser expensive hotels do not charge is puzzling. Also, my cell phone signal was nonexistent in the room, so I couldn't even check my email on my smart phone. Fix the internet/cell phone coverage issues and I'll be happy to stay here every time I visit Sedona, which is at least four times a year.

This resort is a Timeshare that information isn't given. After trying to check in to three different rooms. Our fourth room was finally OK for a family of four to sleep in. The first three had soaking wet carpets and large fans blowing to try and dry them. Mind you it was pouring rain when we tried to check in. So in and out of the car four times to the front desk which was a drive to get to. No typical walking down the hall to the front desk.

Clean, attractive, convenient location and comfortable. Everything about the resort was very nice and clean as stated in things I liked section. The only thing that was annoying was the constant persistence of the staff wanting us to setup a meeting to learn about their time-share.

The grounds and setting were beautiful. Charge for wireless internet. This is a timeshare resort. There is a little pressure to take a tour but they backed off when I firmly said No. I think the smallest room is a Studio with a kitchenette. Really nice if you want to save a few bucks and not eat out every meal. It had a beautiful hot tub overlooking the golf course.

Well kept, clean, and spacious accommodations. Construction taking place with dumpster outside of window on one of the units. Very nice well managed facility. When you were traveling, however, and have limited time visiting the area, the facility should be for rest and relaxation. we were a little put off by the Diamond Resort wanted to promote a presentation for an additional reduced rate. They didn't push for our participation, but did question that they didn't understand why we wouldn't do it for the reduced rate. The comment was unnecessary. We expect to be guests, and not sales prospects, who were meant to feel like we are missing a financial opportunity.

Nothing. I would like to get my money back! Two traveling and only one bed and hide a bed. Quite a drive away from Sedona. Time share. Don't stay here unless you want to be pressured into taking a tour.
