Terrible service. Service desk attendant was rude and would not apologize for screwing a reservation I had a confirmation number for. Ended up in their sister hotel (The Lone Tree)at the same rate in spite of the fact that that hotel has fewer amenities. Recommend staying at another hotel in Glendive or Williston and just making the drive to Sidney. Believe me, it's worth it. This is not the first or even the second time this hotel has done this which is why I am compelled to let others know. It'll never happen to me again, and you've been warned!
