Children Policies - Children under 11 years old can be in the room with their parents using existing beds, no meals included for the children. Adults and minors between 12 and 18 years old will pay an extra charge of USD. USD20.00 PLUS 10PCT per person per night.

Non Smoking Policy - The Panamanian Law No.13 of January 24, 2008 establishes that it is not allowed to smoke in any guest room, halls, conference rooms, restaurants, bars, gym, swimming pool and any public area of the Hotel. Customer will be jointly liable in case of any violation to this law and if customer smokes inside the guest room or in any public area or any of the hotel facilities, will be charged an extra bill of USD150.00 to cover the cleaning expenses and the purification of the guest rooms or designated areas.

Was the most expensive and least imrepessive hotel during 10 days in Panama. I think for a hotel that caters to airport customers,for those with an early flight, a boxed breakfast should be made available if it is included in the room rate. Front desk staff not eager to help. Rooms are clean but run down. The only good thing is being close to the airport if you have an early flight since the shuttle is available 24 hrs.

Close to the airport. Poor mattresses & pillows. This hotel is convenient for those flying in late or leaving on an early flight from Panama. The price per night is high for the quality of the rooms. The included free breakfast is very nice.

This hotel needs upgrading. It appears that it has not been upgraded since it opened. There was paint on what appeared to be stains in the ceiling from a leak in the room above. The beds were not comfortable. Too hard; no new mattress or bedding to make the bed more comfortable. The toilet bowl leaked water after flushing. We had to place towel on the floor around the toilet. The safe for personal items did not work. I am glad that I didnt put any personal belongs in the safe before I tested it. Otherwise, It would have taken a locksmith to open the safe and get my things out. The food was not good. There needs to be better trained chefs working in the kitchen. Food is not well prepared or presented. Some items were cold when it should have been hot, e.g. chicken. The caulking around the bath room was not applied proper. It has many cracks in it and was not applied evenly.

i've stayed at numerous hotels in panama... including some very expensive ones. this hotel is actually pretty good for the money. great location near airport. definate recomendation for persons spending very little time in panama (ie making connecting flights, etc). one of the few hotels in panama that offers free airport shuttle. rooms were in decent shape. i would have no problem staying here on my future trips to panama. really you can't beat it for the money...hotels in panama don't come cheap.

unfriendly and uncooperative staff. wireless internet advertised means ONLY in the lobby (useless). shuttles to the airport are advertised every 30 min, but i had to complain to get one after 1h15min to get on. it goes the same for airport pick up ... wait and wait ... and they are only 5 min from airport. beds are uncomfortable, pillows are old/smelly, sheets are stained. bathrooms are falling apart: toilet AND shower leak. AC is noisy in the room when it works (i had two different rooms). not disabled friendly. AVOID for the same price you can get (and i did) a much better hotel downtown. this is an expensive place for a quality that barely compares to a US cheap motel6 for twice the price!

Close to the airport. A bit old needs upgrading. The only good point of the hotel is that it is close to the airport. There was too many non guests in the lobby. The hotel is a bit dirty/grubby. I would not stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was for one night. I stayed here because of its location to Airport, my wife met me the following day and we went on to our final destination. When i arrived i called for the hotel shuttle, it never showed. Apparently it only runs on the 1/2 hour, so i caught a cab for $5.00. It was a 5 minute trip. At the hotel i encountered an indifferent attitude from everyone, i would'nt call it rude, if i asked a question i eventually got an answer, if i needed something i eventually got it. The phone system in Panama leaves a lot to be desired, be perpared to buy a pre paid phone card or make sure your cell phone works in Panama. Your alternative is to pay a large deposit with the front desk and a $3.00 service fee for each call you make. Of all the trips i have taken to central and south America this was by far the worst. The Panananias seem to be burnt out on tourist, which is odd because it is their main source of revenue? Although i speak spanish fluently most people seem to know enough english to get you by. As for Panama i'm checking it off my been there done that list.

Very close and convenient to the airport and free shuttle. The proximity and convenience for getting to the airport was fantastic. Liked the pool and the restaurant was fine. Would stay here again.

worst hotel ever stayed at. I was embarassed, it was my first trip with my new girlfriend. a/c didn't work in 2 rooms, were waken by 6am unrequested wakeup calls, intruded upon at 9am by cleaners, while in bed, with no warning. could not get service in room as room change was not registered, phone fell apart in our hands. no night manager, day manager said only sorry! 10% staff spoke english. on3rd night gave us 9.00 discount ! as we could not find another hotel to stay at

ok for an overnight before traveling to Colon for cruise departure. Hotel shuttle from/to airport was good running every 1/2 hr. Check in slow by american standards but ok; staff friendly/helpful; rooms adaquate. Public areas a bit worn esp. hallways. Free internet avail. in lobby. Would stay again for same purpose but not for an extended stay.

Literally five minutes from the airport - incredibly convenient. Nothing. Five minutes from Tocumen airport with a free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes.

pool and view was very nice.they keep grounds clean.meals were a little pricey.rooms need new faucets and drains.entertainment on weekends was good.i miss the rumba 5. I definately would stay there again.

The pool and its lay out from many rooms you are privilege of all its activities. The shower needed to be cleaned and there were soap scum built up on the soap dish. Nce, friendly, good for the kids and family.

On the plus side- The shuttle service from the airport was quick and the driver was polite and helpfull. The lobby looked nice, internet service is available but it had a few problems, the air conditioning in my room worked well. the hotel is close to the airport. On the down side- The buildings where the rooms are located look like old dormatories, they seem very uninviting, I did not care much for the restaurant either and a few smiles from the employes whould't hurt.

Nice swimming pool. Unfriendliness of some staff members. Hotel is situated very well for travelers just coming into Panama. It´s a great hotel but the staff may be a little more friendly.

We were using the hotel as a stop over. We had seventeen hours in Panama City until our next flight. The hotel shuttle came to the airport to pick us up. The room was large and quiet. There was a great inviting pool which was nice and relaxing. The only difficult thing in the stay was the front desk forgot to give us breakfast tickets so I had to go get them before we could eat. The hotel then shuttled us back to the airport. We had a great time.
