Great Property, great location. Four major issues: how can one spend a week by the beach and have no "SAFE" access to the sea? Service: Very poor, twenty minutes to get a drink and the Bartender refused to give me two, despite telling him that one was for my wife. The ice container was disgusting (I'd hate to see the ice machine!) Public areas and catering areas are very dirty. And the food... awful dried up buffet, mainly cheap italian style food and most of my party got sick within two days. One chef was using the same cooking instruments (tong) to put raw meat on the griddle and pick up salad! Being on All Inclusive we had no choice but to eat the same buffet daily, no option to sample other restaurants. We spent £60 on medecine with local pharmacy and the manager (Stefan?) refused to refund us! It is a shame as it is a grat property and great location. If they only could sort out the above; fresh, varied and safe food, clean place, easy to get a drink (or two) and a better attitude from the management, i'd come back!
