Hotel staff were very congenial and went out of their way to help or accomodate. Our stay was what we were looking for: relax a little, gamble a little and good restaurants at the hotel.

Had a Casino right in the hotel. Hotel's location was good and it had a casino inside so it was convenient for the gambler. Didn't get room we would have liked, bad view of rooftop of another building. Was almost overcharged at check-out. Overall it was an average stay.

We booked an ocean view room and got a view of the road and the heating/air conditioning units below...AWFUL. And we paid the same price as other guests who received an ocean view (like my brother-in-law). When I went to the front desk and questioned the non ocean view room, we were told it was not a guarantee. The pictures on the net make it look like everything was remodeled, yeah right. The bathroom was old, just some updated fixtures, the beds were so small, the carpets were all stained (was afraid to walk around without my flip flops) and it just smelled OLD!!! The only good thing was the location, but I still would never stay at this hotel again.

My boyfriend and I had a great time at this hotel. We would recommend this place to anyone. Our room was wonderful and had an extremely nice bathroom, what luxury. This hotel is also right on the boardwalk so everything is convienent.

we drove from upstate ny to alantic city and we left at 2pm on a tuesday and show up to check in at 8:30pm we were suppose to get a room with double beds and ended up in a room with a jaquzie and queen size bed walk in closet and huge sitting space. we got upgraded. the only thing i was not happy with is the parking garage not being partrolled.and that you park there at your own risk that made me feel a little uneasy.

bed were very uncormfortable, but the bathroom was huge and nice. food was expensive everywhere and not a lot to do like Vegas.

Everything was ok until check out.They made a mistake at check in and I had to pay for it at check out.I was told that they were not going to pay for their mistake.I will NEVER stay here again the front desk staff know's nothing about customer service !!

We partied!!! More Clubs and Bars in Hotel would have been much easier. I have been to AC before but stayed at Showboat and Show boat is horrible compaired to here!!!!! We unfortunally had to walk to tropicania to party at night because Resorts didnt have anything on weekdays. need more to do during week.

this is a perfect location. we stayed in the rendezvous towers. the king room was huge. very clean. we have stayed at this hotel once before and had an equally good experience in a ocean tower double room. we will stay here again. the only downside was finding restaurants in actually quite a few hotels. it seems that some of the restaurants only open on the weekends. still hotel is right in the middle of the action and we could see the ocean from our window. always a plus.

I found the staff to be extremely courteuus and helpful.I arrived early and check-in was no problem.The room service was prompt and efficient.The rooms and hotel were very clean.The only problems were the bathrooms,with rust spots and moisture damaged ceilings.The hotel accomadated me with a smoking room and there were many burn marks about the room.This is unavoidable by the hotel,but should be maintained.Overall at the going rate this hotel is a very good accomdation.

the lobby was nice but the room was tacky. a huge room with miminal furnishings, ugly bedding, and a very uncomfortable bed. the bathroom was beautiful but the towels were skimpy and we were only left 3 large towels.

We were there for gambling and the boardwalk. This was a great location right on the boardwalk. Our room was a surpise with the size, 2 baths and quality beds. The service was very good and friendly.

Hotel was nice but the pool was closed and the fitness center was a joke. The cleaning staff were very annoying. They kept coming back every 15 minutes to clean the room when we told them to come back later in the day.

Our room was immaculate and huge. Had a great view. Check in was a breeze. Everyone smiled and greeted us. The bathroom is marble and huge. We will definitely be going back!
