The resort features rolling hills and winding rivers. The resort offers a picnic area with barbecue grills, outdoor pool and spa tub, fitness room, and arcade games. Wired and wireless Internet access (surcharge) and a business center are available. Parking is complimentary.

The resort offers 46 two-story condominiums with vaulted ceilings, Craftsman-style wood accents, and front porches. The condos at this resort feature living rooms with sofa beds, cable TV and DVD players, and CD players. Full kitchens include dishwashers, coffeemakers, refrigerators, and microwaves. All condos are equipped with washers and dryers. Wired and wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 12pm. Requests such as bedding configurations, views, non-smoking units, specific units, and the like, shall be subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed. Minimum age required at check-in is 21.
