Residenza Ca Dario is located in the historic center of Venice in a quiet private courtyard. It is situated close to Piazzale Roma and 5 minutes from Santa Lucia railway station. Though easily reached by public transport, Residenza Ca Dario lies in one of the most tranquil and 'Venetian' parts of Venice and is closed to some of the city's greatest architectural and artistic treasure. Charmingly converted from a private residence into a Guesthouse, Residenza Ca Dario offers impeccably clean rooms, simply but tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and most have a view over a characteristic Venetian waterway where frequently can see gondula's serenade. Some other rooms are located in the nearby dependance "Corte Canal".Breakfast is served in your room on pretty baskets containing pre-packaged products and hot drinks taken from a handy dispenser. Is also available a cosy little apartment situated at only 15 minutes walking distance from our Reception, in the most popular and colourful area of Venice: Cannaregio quarter, where can feel the real venitian life! The apartment is composed of one room with 4 beds, kitchen, bathroom, TV and A/C. Linnen and end of stay cleaning included, breakfast not provided. Reception is open from 8.30 am to 6 pm, it is a very important connecting unit where our Guests are welcomed and where we hand out the keys and all the information you need to make your stay in Venice as pleasent as we possibly can!
