Superb location in a nice place to rest your body......

Location is great in the heart of the Baixa, close to shops, restaurants and monuments and only steps away from public transportation. The rooms are small, but functional with private bath and TV, but no phone or hairdryer (they let me borrow one, though). The bed and the room is general was clean, but the furniture was kind of scuffed, the security chain missing and the bath mat could use some scrubbing. There is no elevator, so it is not easy to carry baggage up to the fourth floor. I slept very well, though. No problems with noise. It was a very good deal for the price.

Residencial Modelo is located in the heart of Lisbon, best Location! It is very nice hotel for couple intending to visit Lisbon for just couple of days. People at the desk are extremely helpfull, nice and friendly. Next Time we are in Lisbon definately will stay at Residencial Modelo which is very cheap, clean, best location and helpfull people.
