This is a typical, Portuguese residencial, very friendly and perfect location near the centre of the old town. Although it's on a street which is much used by traffic, this in no way detracted from our enjoyment. Our room contained a double and a large single bed, a sofa, loads of drawers, fridge, tv, washbasin and bidet - no en suite. However we didn't find that too much of a problem and those who had en suites reported that the bathrooms were quite small. If you like 5 star then it's not for you but we loved it.
